What is “C-herb”? Maybe stated up thread but don’t know where.
I was actually thinking of posting that article in my work’s Slack chat. Everyone there is all about getting the vaccine. It’s a medical software company. They’re all sheep. I just tell them I have the antibodies and they leave me alone.

7000 of Vit K? Wow. My Jarrow Vit K-2 MK-7 is a bottle of 120 softgels of 90 mcg apiece.
In the past, I have tried to research how much would be a proper daily dosage, but all I could come up with was 100mcg per day.
I wonder if it is like a ratio between D & K-2, which, if taking more D, would require more K-2. I can’t seem to find any specific reporting on the topic.
