Noorchashm told Fox Nation's "Tucker Carlson Today" that patients shouldn't fear asking legitimate questions about the vaccine, immunity status or the vaccine "passport" system already being deployed in places like New York.
"When folks in the public health arena, talk about the vaccine efficacy. I think it’s a good bet that our science, this is American science... says to us that neutralizing antibodies and prime T cells can clear this out of your body," he said.
"Now the question is, have we done enough to make sure it’s safe in everyone. Are there categories in subset of people in whom this vaccine may actually pose some sort of risk? -- I think the answer to that is yes."
"They delivered an effective vaccine. Now, the safety part of it is what they're making a mistake with: It's a mistake to be vaccinating people who have had recent or current infections."
Noorchashm called for a "logical and rational" approach, considering both natural and vaccine immunity to coronavirus.
"If someone is natural immune there’s no reason to go and re-vaccinate them, those persons would actually be an unnecessary medical procedure ... This is a very unusual thing," he said.
"We are a literally in the middle of an outbreak where millions of American are naturally infected, or naturally immune. Deploying a vaccine that essentially reactivates the immune responses. So the question is number one is that necessary medical treatment? Number two is that a dangerous medical approach?"
Noorchashm previously told Fox News Channel's "Tucker Carlson Tonight" last month that while the coronavirus vaccine should be viewed as a medical miracle, applying a "one-size-fits-all" approach, as many experts are, could cause more harm to some patients.

Retired surgeon and former U-Penn Medicine professor Dr. Hooman Noorchashm warned that orchestrating a blanket coronavirus vaccination for every American regardless of prior immunity or presence of risk factors could be a “dangerous medical approach.”
It’s been over a year and I haven’t exactly been a hermit. I’ve socialized without a mask and know a lot of people. I haven’t gotten sick from the Chicom Flu. The only people I know that got it was my neighbour’s second cousin’s mother in law’s step brother.
Because the approach is political rather than medical. Like turning a blind eye about sexual practices that spread HIV/AIDS. Or ignoring the flood of illegal aliens who bring disease and pestilence with them (legal immigrants get examined and quarantined if need be). Or pretending that women who die from cervical cancer don't get it from the spread of HPV. On and on.
There is nothing rational about this at all.
We’ve got two unexplained unexpected deaths connected to our family one 30 years old one 40 years old in the last two weeks and as of yesterday we have two more family members about 58 and 60 who are in the hospital for heart problems they didn’t have before the vaccine either ......one of them is having open heart surgery the other don’t know till tomorrow..no ..we will wait now . at Least 6months .... our family hasn’t had an unexpected..unexplained.. death in a hundred yrs
Same here. I know people that have worked or have connections with managers of a few big box stores that have been open the entire time and they’ve only had a couple people ever get sick with the Chinese virus and all fully recovered within about A week. Strangely, the most paranoid about it who were religious about mask wearing, glove wearing, etc. have been the ones to get it.

And yet here we have the government pushing the vaccine for people who have already been sick and are immune with the implication that their natural immunity may not be enough and that the vaccine offers better immunity than catching the actual disease does.
They also claim that those who have had adverse reactions are anecdotal, rare cases, and it would have happened anyways..
Funny how when they are doing the death counts from COVID, they never make that claim.
COVID will cause all kinds of problems if you catch it, you will either die or be disabled for life, and the vaccine can never cause any problems because it’s been tested you know, and found to be “safe” by the very organizations which stand to profit the mo$t for it.

I thought that too.....until it started hitting close friends and I heard their horrible stories.........and while I might survive it, my husband was convinced he wouldn’t.
I am thankful for the vaccine and for President Trump’s initiative!

The question is... as far as I know... is there a test to determine if a person is naturally immune before getting the bloody shot? Be nice to know.

There are antibody tests, though they warn you there can be false positives and false negatives.
That’s ok. This isn’t really a vaccine. It’s phase 1 of world depopulation.
