Commissioner of Baseball Robert D. Manfred, Jr. issued the following statement today regarding the 2021 All-Star Game:
"Over the last week, we have engaged in thoughtful conversations with Clubs, former and current players, the Players Association, and The Players Alliance, among others, to listen to their views. I have decided that the best way to demonstrate our values as a sport is by relocating this year’s All-Star Game and MLB Draft.
"Major League Baseball fundamentally supports voting rights for all Americans and opposes restrictions to the ballot box. In 2020, MLB became the first professional sports league to join the non-partisan Civic Alliance to help build a future in which everyone participates in shaping the United States. We proudly used our platform to encourage baseball fans and communities throughout our country to perform their civic duty and actively participate in the voting process. Fair access to voting continues to have our game’s unwavering support.
For those of us who enjoy baseball, but hate Woke pro Sports, we can still get together with friends and neighbors to play baseball on our own. Besides, it is more fun to play the game, anyway.

MLB supports keeping the conversation focused on Voter ID so that the software issue is not discussed.

Translation: We support the desecration of the ballot box and the dilution of of the votes of real voters in favor of Democrat ballot box stuffing and cheating to win elections.

Manfred is the absolute worst commissioner of baseball I have ever seen.
My neighbors and morning coffee group “have engaged in thoughtful conversations with” and amongst ourselves and have come to the conclusion that since professional baseball has become a partisan political entity and since they cannot properly read the plain English in which the new Georgia voting legislation is written, that we, both individually and as groups, will henceforth refrain from watching professional baseball. We recommend and encourage all baseball addicts support Little League baseball, Pony League and college baseball; and a plague on you professionals!!!
Did the commissioner talk to anyone who knows anything about what’s in the law?

We can get Voter ID. End mail-in.
And the election can still be stolen using the RCV-enabled voting machines.
That’s what HR1 is all about. Ensuring those machines are used nationwide.
But by all means, let’s keep yapping about Voter ID to the exclusion of all else.
Deep State will likely allow us Voter ID.
Because they can still steal elections even if ever voter is a legal voter.

I’m kind of glad to see them go all in on woketardness. I have a co-worker whose life revolves around sports and movies (he’s not married). The only sport I have watched in recent years has been MLB. I already decided to give up on MLB when they knelt on the field and stenciled BLM on the pitchers’ mounds. He was going to take it hard when he starts the day by coming to my office and asking “watch the game last night?” and hearing “no, I don’t watch sports any longer”. He knows how important the voting laws are, and while I don’t expect him to stop watching, he’ll at least get it that I won’t be watching. Ever. MLBLM can FOAD.
