No plans to do so until there’s more data about long-term effects (or even medium-term effects). No interest in being a guinea pig.

No X 2 in our household.

Maybe in a couple years if:
(1) it can be proven that it’s 99.8% effective and safe, and
(2) it can be proven that cells from murdered babies aren’t in the dose.

Nope

We took the flu shot 15 years ago and it made us sicker than the flu and for longer so we never did that again. Wife’s been working at a nursing home for 8-9 years and she brought the flu home once or twice every year. Then 4 years ago, it stopped and we haven’t been sick since. Guess we’re immune to all strains now or something. We’re not germ freaks by any means either. There’s been covid in the facility she works at but either she hasn’t brought it home or we’re somehow immune or we had it and didn’t notice. Wife gets hugs and kisses every day and covid supposedly lasts for three days on cloth. Most people around here don’t wear masks or social distance and we’re not dropping like flies. Luckily the facility did not make the vaccine mandatory for either employees or residents. One 89 year old woman said of the vaccine, “keep that shit away from me”. We concur.

Yes. Have had both shots already. Moderna, no problems. Same for my husband. We’re both 75.

I took the Moderna shot last Tuesday, the 2nd dose will be on April 6th. The injection site was sore on the second day and I’ve had some chills which can be from the vaccine.

A friend of mine died the last week of February. He and his wife contracted covid at a family Christmas party. Her case was mild, his started out the same but quickly got much worse.

He was hospitalized in mid January when his blood oxygen fell to 77%. First given oxygen, then put on a ventilator. At some point he developed double pneumonia. Eventually his kidneys stopped functioning, AKI “acute kidney injury” that can occur in severe cases of covid.

I can not believe these hospitals are STILL putting people on ventilators they are having HUGE success with steroid inhalers what the hell is wrong with these people!!!

Steroid inhalers reduce inflammation. I use one daily for asthma. Doesn’t mean I can’t catch pneumonia, covid, or any other serious lung disease. They aren’t a cure all. And if blood oxygen falls far enough a ventilator is probably the last resort.

“other vaccines that don’t mess with your DNA”

No vaccine has the ability to alter your DNA.

The article I saw did NOT say that the vaccine CAUSED cancer. What it did say was that if you did have a cancer tumor or have cancer cells in your body, the vaccine might make it harder to eliminate those cancer cells.

I can not find this particular article again. I have looked at so many different ones.

If you’re ok with compromising your soul, that’s on you. You don’t get to dictate what I do with my soul or what I put in my body or more specifically what I choose to not put in my body. I am at peace with my decision.

I’m not going to waste my time responding to your flawed example.

I got 2x Moderna vax thanks to President Trump Op Warp Speed.

My only complaint it that the injected chip sets off the theft alarm at WalMart.

Luckily I’m faster than the fat old gal who’s the mask sheriff.

“That means less than 6% who get both shots of the Pfizer vaccine will have either a asymptomatic infection or symptomatic infection and be infectious. The other 94% will NEVER have the virus and cannot pass it on.”

No, that’s not what effectivity means. The Phase 3 trials had approx 19,000 in each cohort, vaxxed and placebo. 162 in the placebo group got mild symptoms(0.00884). 8 vaxxed got mild symptoms (0.00044).

1 - (0.00044/0.00884) = 95%.

If I don’t care about a 0.884% chance of mild symptoms, why would I care about a vax???

The chance of hospitalization symptoms from the trials was 9 / 21500 = .000418 = .0418%.

Also, these vaccines do NOT halt transmission. They are not real vaccines.

One more: “real world” Israel data cannot be used to help either side’s case, not at this point. Not a controlled study at all, but rained by the real world.

You and most of the Western world are being played. Read the Phase 3 trial study.

Mostly I like open borders and sniffing hair. Who knew that was in their RNA?

Anyway my rock-solid conservative sons thought it was funny when I said that the day after the second shot. They can detect a joke.
