I'd love to hate baseball. The entire league bowed to Moloch, and professed their love and support for BLM, whose aim was nothing less than the purging of America of everything good, decent and non-communist.
But I have an 8-year-old son. He loves the SPORT of baseball, and he really is upset at the fact I'm so angry at baseball. He really makes me feel like Satan is doing exactly what he set out to do by making those baseball players bowdown and kiss his ass: harm the relationships in families and keep us from passing down joyful family afternoons.
I know they're the most hated team around, but I was a New Yorker. The Yankees were the City's New Yorkers (I'm from Red Long Island), but they were Trump's New Yorkers. I used to love them. Long ago, they had dignity and class, and their attackers largely seemed to be attacking free markets: how dare the Yankees invest in good ballplayers?
Not every team could (Pittsburgh, Kansas City, etc.) afford to do what they did, but the Red Sox or the Angels or the Dodgers or the Braves COULD and DID keep up with the Yankees spending-wise. But then that dark day last Summer, the Yankees renounced America, white people, and sportsmanship itself, and bowed to communist race-peddlers.
MLB as a whole did so, but the Yankees did so especially egregiously.
So, I'm left wondering: As a man no longer in New York with an eight-year-old kid who needs to dream of sports, is there any team I can root for without rooting for people who would pack up my family and send us to the gulag? Have I missed a team, being that I'm in the Acela corridor, that handled matters more gracefully?
Take your son to a minor league game.
Great seats close to the field and you’ll save a lot of money.
Wanna know what’s wrong with baseball? Just go to netflix and watch “The Battered Bastards of Baseball”.

The vast majority of countries in the world are able to separate sports from political hatred. Find a nice country which does that, and then move your family there. It’s over in the US, we drove in the last nail when we boycotted the Georgia Senate runoffs to ‘teach the GOP a lesson’. The sooner you’re out, the better off you’ll be...there will be at least 10 million Deplorables soon doing the same, and the opportunities for us will thus start to diminish.
No.
Try getting involved in local sports.
Some of my best memories of childhood are walking down to the local park where my grandfather and I would watch baseball played by people who loved the game.
Play ball with your son, let him play little league.
It’s a great game.
Major League Baseball made a huge mistake and need to pay until they learn not to mix politics and baseball.
It’s the only sport I actually miss, but I will not support wokeism in any way.
^ economic POWer. Make it hurt...like a walk-off grand slam in game 7 of the world series.
Forget about MLB and take him to a local college baseball game or as mentioned a minor league game, as those players still love the game, unlike MLB which is about how much money can I make.
I wanted to do that, but it ain’t just about me.
I think you can get both Korean and Japanese major league baseball online. There are even a lot of Americans playing in these leagues. Someone said that some can be watched through ESPN.
Did I mention I live in the Acela corridor?
I gave up baseball eleven years ago. I was a Braves fan and got tired of their choking and stupidity. The Adam Wainwright trade and all those resulting St Louis championships was the last straw.
There are all kinds of baseball games out there to take your son to. MLB needs to die the death.
Korean baseball on ESPN: https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/29136672/kbo-espn-schedule-how-watch-teams-korea-baseball-league-more
Korean baseball fans just go crazy with their enthusiasm for their teams, although I don’t know how much the games have been opened up to fans at this point.
I like the Doosan Bears myself (a Seoul team).
got it. thanks, dangus (had to look the corridor up)
Play baseball with your kid. Give up the MLB addiction.
Attend local high school and even college games. Minor league games are also generally a good time. MLB is not the only sportsball game in town.
It is about you if you want to set a good example for your son.
Here’s an idea. Instead of watching, play some. Get together with some like-minded parents and play sports with your kids. Or let them play and you watch or officiate.
Let them root for themselves and each other.
Watchoo talkin bout Willis? Outside of Hockey, MLB was darn right defiant.
Now I get a month of insufferable basketball, followed by kneeling NFL jackasses.
I say lets play ball!
Pitchers and catchers should be reporting about now.
Also talk to him about those puzzy MLB players that go on 30 day disabled list for blisters, tightness, soreness etc.
