A General Suggestion for Dealing with Trolls:

I think a lot of wasted energy is spent on engaging with the trolls who come out on each new Q thread in the first 200 posts and some of the more neutral Q threads people post beyond the trees like the one where Bagster had a run-in with Basket.

There were a good number of self-described Q agnostics on that thread who could have been engaged with more productively and who were probably turned off by the back and forth with the trolls.

There is a certain reality at work, like it or not.

A lot of what we thought would happen Plan-wise has not—yet, anyway. Right now we don’t look so hot. We look kooky to many. The only thing that changes this are events that we cannot control and that make it clear that The Plan is now operational a la “It’s happening.”

My suggestion is to put your energy into drafting a vanity to post when it happens.

Cut and paste a troll’s post- everything you need to index them and find them again easily, such as the whole post, the link, the header for the Q thread on which it occurred— into Word and respond to the post there.

Then open another Word document and start a working draft on the vanity post. Incorporate your response to the troll in this working draft.

Start a ping list of these trolls.

This way you get it out of your system without having to post in the moment.

Then, when the time comes, give an extra donation to FR and post your vanity.

Imagine the day when 25 of us or so post vanities that basically say “I told you so.”

I don’t think the trolls look too hot. I don’t think it’s about how we look, I think it’s about them wanting to silence us.

I don’t see how anyone can view what’s going on as “normal”. Even for those who don’t understand what a ‘deep state’ is, they must know a demented pervert was deemed the best Democrat money could buy, and that strangely, his administration is running in place.

It’s an administration about nothing.

I don’t believe trolls believe what they say and they know after 300+ threads we’re not going to stop. So now it’s about absorbing as much of our time/energy/attention as possible.

They have less credibility than we have, because moving from thread to thread attacking people for no reason, and doing it for years, is not a credibility builder.

I realize that most still asleep at this point likely have reasons (two or three jobs, caring for sick family members, contending with multiple factors including chronic illness etc.) and then there are those who support the left aren’t interested. There are some open to input - it’s really going to be up to them to do due diligence, although we like to help when we can.

I do ask that trolls on our thread not be fed as their purpose now is not to convince us but to distract us.

I second that. Nobody changes the troll’s mind, and the troll has the satisfaction of knowing he got under a FReeQ’s skin and of knowing he wasted a lot of space on the thread.
