Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

No, the rule is to add an apostrophe plus an “s” to the end of the word to form the possessive. There are style disagreements about the rule when dealing with proper nouns, e.g.. James, Louis, that end in “s”, but common nouns take possessive form in the way I described.

And the apostrophe business is, apparently, what causes people to be confused when using the possessive form of “it”.
There is no apostrophe when forming the possessive of a pronoun.

Of course the following is true, but I’m not sure if it’s ok to say it: If “we” are the white supremacists of the modern age, were the white supremacists of prior ages really the evil monsters they are claimed to have been or was that all made up and hoaxed too?
