I’m so sorry to hear about all the interference to your hopes and dreams. Government needs to get out of the way of the people, but instead it’s doing the opposite all over are countries.
You know how much the fees will be to get the mobile approved? If it’s not too much that might be a less stressful way, so you’re not waiting for the government to knock on your door.

I would certainly like to see the email communications between proud boys, people coming in from Trump Caravan’s, and other Trump supporters as well as antifa, BLM, “shut down DC” participants etc in the run up to January 6. I feel sure that the FBI has all of them. They probably do not want us to see them because these communions do not fit the narrative that the Dems have been proclaiming.
#1 son who has a framing company has told us building supplies prices are going through the roof.

Did the 3000 including tearing out/removal of the current cabinets as well?
The last owner painted the original cabinets (25 years old) but they have water damage, plus they have the narrow doors with the spline between the two doors. You know the kind, I'm sure. (not my cabinet)
They did put a granite countertop in but I hate it. Reminds me of fish scales. I'd rather have a nice laminate or maybe solid countertop, to be honest. I wouldn't have a chef's kitchen. LOL
I hate the farmhouse sink; I hate the faucet. I could change out the faucet right now, I guess. LOL
