I read someplace that it's become such a downer for them, FB did away with the DISLIKE option for mentions of #simulatedprez.
So pleased to see you made it through that. I had one of those a few years ago and came through it ok. I am not sure I would again.

They haven’t given a time frame; last I heard was *maybe* May or June. They did tell us they were in no hurry.
And to be honest, we had already moved to working from home four days a week about 2 years prior to COVID. Our office had already set up to work off site on an emergency basis soon after the 2010 Nashville flood. So even without COVID, we wouldn’t be working in the office M-F 9-5 anyway.

That would seem strange....splitting time between office/cubicle and home.....for a full time employee. Why not one, or the other?

There has to be a time/productivity study, somewhere, that would possibly make that decision for them?

Not sure I ever heard the reasoning behind it. I do remember we started working from home 2 or 3 days a week and as they saw how we did, we eventually built up to coming into the office one day a month. The different units would come in on the same day so they could see each other, meet, whatever. Then COVID happened.
Earlier this year, they did ask for our input as to how often we would want to come into the office once they decided we could come back; one of the options listed was never. So it must be one they’re willing to consider. But our administrative staff will still need to go in once a week as they do now, to print and process incoming and outgoing mail.
I was actually on a different schedule; they didn’t want people interrupting me at the office so I’d been working from home full-time except for our quarterly staff meeting for more than a year prior. Like people can’t interrupt me at home by email, calling, or messaging me. 😎
