Strength deters bad guys. Weakness begets war.
While speaking at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Vice President Kamala Harris trashed America as a racist, xenophobic and sexist nation and suggested that former President Donald Trump is to blame for attacks on Americans of Asian descent.
“Racism is real in America and it has always been. Xenophobia is real in America and always has been. Sexism, too,” she said.
“For the last year, we’ve had people in positions of incredible power scapegoating Asian Americans, people with the biggest pulpits, spreading this kind of hate,” she further said, suggesting that Trump is somehow to blame for anti-Asian hatred.
Biden, Breitbart added, called on Congress to pass something called the “COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act,” which would punish any crime motivated by “the actual or perceived relationship to the spread of COVID–19 of any person” due to the “race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or disability of any person.” (Emphasis added.)
Translation: If we think you’re thinking something you shouldn’t be thinking, we’re gonna punish you.
The brother of a white man who was among eight people killed at three Atlanta-area massage parlors earlier this week told Newsmax TV on Friday that he was ‘’angry’’ at ‘’morons in the media’’ who repeatedly have suggested that the murders were racially motivated because six of the victims were of Asian descent.
‘’The media needs to tell the truth,’’ said John Michels, brother of Paul Andre Michels, a 54-year-old security systems company owner who was servicing a client at the time of the shootings. ‘’And it really angers me that I have a dead brother, in a crime, and they’re talking about race. If it were me … I am very angry at these morons in the media.’’
Police reported that the suspect in the case, Robert Aaron Long, told them there was no racial motivation in Tuesday’s shootings, but that he blamed the massage parlors ‘’for providing an outlet for his addiction to sex.’’
However, countless news outlets have emphasized race as a potential motive for the attack despite the police statements.

I think that very well-meaning and hopeful people make the mistake of conflating God’s will with conspiracy theories. When I hear some of the better known charlatans (your Simon Parkes and Charlie Ward types) it’s clear to me that they’re promoting themselves more than anything else. When I hear some others putting God’s name on their theories, whether it’s implied or explicit, well, that’s a little spiritual manipulation, and they should be ashamed of themselves.
👍👍
President Trump didn’t much care for diplomatic niceties, but he knew from his career as a dealmaker how to conduct diplomacy with America’s adversaries. When he appeared before the cameras with officials such as Xi Jinping and Kim Jong-un, Trump set a cooperative and optimistic tone. Trump also often bragged about his personal friendships with these leaders. The former president knew building trust through these personal relationships was part of what he called the ‘Art of the Deal’ to get these countries to the negotiating table and to strike deals with them.
It goes without saying that when conducting high-level diplomacy, you don’t insult the other party at a joint press conference before the negotiations begin. And if you choose to do something so foolish, you must be ready when the other party retaliates in its response.
It is incredible that secretary of state Antony Blinken and national security adviser Jake Sullivan did not understand this when they began talks with their Chinese counterparts in Alaska yesterday. At what was supposed to be perfunctory two-minute statements by the US and Chinese delegations to the press before the talks began, Blinken and Sullivan criticized Chinese activities against the Uighurs, in Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as for cyber attacks on the US and economic coercion of US allies. Blinken said China’s behavior ‘threatens the rules-based order that maintains global stability’. Sullivan added that ‘China has undertaken an ‘assault on basic values’.
Although Blinken and Sullivan needed to raise these issues with their Chinese counterparts, doing so publicly at a joint press conference deeply insulted them and needlessly damaged US-China relations. Chinese Communist party foreign affairs chief Yang Jiechi and foreign minister Wang Yi angrily responded with long diatribes against the United States which included accusing the US of human rights and freedom of the press violations. The Chinese officials also accused Blinken and Sullivan of being condescending and staging the Alaska meeting to embarrass China on US territory.
Blinken looked like a deer in the headlights when the Chinese officials responded. He and Sullivan obviously decided to criticize China at the press conference to counter Republican criticism that President Biden is weak on China. This was not diplomacy — it was virtue-signaling for America’s Biden-lapdog mainstream media. But it is inexplicable that Blinken and Sullivan were not prepared for a furious response by their Chinese counterparts.

Maybe it’s just me, but if I had a message from God that needed to get out, I’d be putting it out for free. Especially in this day and age of social media.
Maybe that’s why I don’t have a message to get out-I’d be a poor business person. LOL
Asians in Trump admin? Asians in Biden admin? Women?
John Michels, the brother of shooting victim Paul Michels joined Greg Kelly on Newsmax Friday night.
Paul Michels was gunned down on Tuesday while working at an Atlanta spa targeted by mass shooter Aaron Long.
During the conversation on Friday Kelly asked Michels, who is white, if he was invited to meet with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in Atlanta today.
Michels responded, “No, I live in Michigan, but I was not contacted by Bozo Biden or Commie Harris at all… And they really need to focus on the right issue and not the race issue.”

It's Lunch-Pail Joe from the Neighborhood!
ROFL! He won’t be invited on any other networks.

NY Supreme Court Judge Rules New York Times Used ‘Deceptive Disinformation’ To Smear Project Veritas
A New York Supreme Court Judge last week excoriated the New York Times, ruling that they used “reckless disregard” and “acted with actual malice” when two of their reporters deceptively presented opinions as fact in several articles denigrating whistleblower organization Project Veritas.
What the Times did, as you’ll see below, is similar to countless hit-pieces against Zero Hedge and others; using broad, unsupported brush strokes to slander their ideological opponents. We can only hope this sets new precedent for future defamation cases.
At issue are five articles that Project Veritas alleges contained false and defamatory information. All five were about a 2020 video report from the journalism group on alleged illegal voting practices in Minnesota.
In one of Astor’s articles, she wrote: “Mr. O’Keefe and Project Veritas have a long history of releasing manipulated or selectively edited footage purporting to show illegal conduct by Democrats and liberal groups.” The source of the statement, and whether it is fact or opinion, is not clear, according to the judge.
Hsu, meanwhile, wrote in part that conservative publications “magnified the reach of a deceptive video released last month by Project Veritas, a group run by the conservative activist James O’Keefe,” adding: “The video claimed without named sources or verifiable evidence that the campaign for Representative Ilhan Omar, a Minnesota Democrat, was collecting ballots illegally.”
“Stating that the video is ‘deceptive’ and stating ‘without verifiable evidence’ in a factual way in a news article certainly presents the statement as fact, not opinion,” Wood wrote in his decision. “Further, the Astor and Hsu Articles could be viewed as exposing Veritas to ridicule and harm to its reputation as a media source because the reader may read these news Articles, expecting facts, not opinion, and conclude that Veritas is a partisan zealot group, deceptively editing video, and presenting it as news

Lawyers for the paper also argued that even if the term “deceptive” could be given objective meaning as a factual statement, writers demonstrated that the video was deceptive, citing other news outlets and so-called fact-checkers, such as Fox News and The Washington Post.
“While this is a lengthy media list, polling does not decide truth nor speak to evidence, and Defendants have not met their burden to prove that the reporting by Veritas in the Video is deceptive,” the judge said. Additionally, Veritas demonstrated in its complaint that Astor did not likely in 63 minutes digest a report from a group that alleged the video was disinformation, review news reports on Minnesota ballot issues, view the video online, obtain a comment from Alex Stamos from the Stanford Internet Observatory, write her own article, submit the article to her editors, and have it posted online.
“The facts submitted by Veritas could indicate more than standard, garden variety media bias and support a plausible inference of actual malice,” the judge wrote.
Project Veritas said in a statement: “This ruling means Project Veritas will now be able to put New York Times reporter Maggie Astor and New York Times executive editor Dean Baquet under oath where they will be forced to answer our questions. Project Veritas will record these depositions and expose them for the world to see.”
