Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

It seems that the whole Q movement has wound down a lot, and isn't a main topic of conversation here anymore, which is maybe appropriate.
Q's last post was two and half months ago, and essentially he (she, they) stopped posting after the election. Only 4 posts after the election. The first one, on Nov. 12, was this:

Everyone, especially the leaders of this sub-forum, were so sure that "Nothing can stop what is coming", but then the only thing that seems to have come unstoppably is the obviously manipulated election and the ongoing horror of the Biden/Harris administration. About to put month 1 in the books.
You haven't really addressed this that I've seen. The intro pages still haven't changed, the attitude of most of the frequent posters that something big is coming seems to still be there. But the basis for holding those beliefs seems faded, if not simply obliterated at this point.
If nothing happens in the next year (for instance), will you take down the thread, or modify the recurring intro posts?
It just seems like there is an level of denial here. Like you decorated for a homecoming party for a long missing relative, but then they never showed up.
It's 3 months later and the decorations are still up.
You promoted something, very strongly (you and you know the two dozen other "core team" contributors on this thread.) And then it didn't happen.
I'm just curious what you (and others who might feel like commenting) think at this point. It's odd it's discussed so little here.

Not every objective has been accomplished, but some have. The American people can see their capital festooned in razor wire and clearly see the despotic actions of the left, and the collusion between the two parties to control the people.
