Immunologist: Pfizer, Moderna Vaccines Could Cause Long-Term Chronic Illness

In new research published in Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, immunologist J. Bart Classen warns the mRNA technology used in the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines could create “new potential mechanisms” of adverse events that may take years to come to light.
Back in 1999, leading U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) official Dr. Peter Patriarca contended that modern advances in vaccine technology were rapidly “outpacing researchers’ ability to predict potential vaccine-related adverse events.” Patriarca mused that this could lead to “a situation of unforeseen and unpredictable vaccine outcomes.”
In a new research article published in Microbiology & Infectious Diseases, veteran immunologist J. Bart Classen expresses similar concerns and writes that “RNA-based COVID vaccines have the potential to cause more disease than the epidemic of COVID-19.”
For decades, Classen has published papers exploring how vaccination can give rise to chronic conditions such as Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes — not right away, but three or four years down the road.
In this latest paper, Classen warns that the RNA-based vaccine technology could create “new potential mechanisms” of vaccine adverse events that may take years to come to light.
Classen’s study establishes the potential for the messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines developed by Pfizer and Moderna to activate human proteins to take on “pathologic configurations” — configurations associated with chronic degenerative neurological diseases. Although his specific interest is in prion diseases (conditions associated with misfolded versions of normal proteins), Classen also outlines a handful of other mechanisms whereby RNA-based vaccines could give rise to “multiple other potential fatal adverse events.”
Ensuring that patients clearly understand risks — including known risks as well as potential unknown risks — is an important component of the informed consent process. This is all the more true when the intervention is experimental and lacks long-term safety data, as is the case with the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines against COVID-19. The FDA authorized the two vaccines for widespread emergency use based on just two months of clinical trial data.
Unfortunately, it is not unusual for researchers’ communication of risks to be perfunctory. In October, researchers at New York University and Tulane reported that the information communicated to participants in the coronavirus clinical trials about a worrisome problem known as pathogenic priming was “sufficiently obscured” as to make “adequate patient comprehension” of risks “unlikely.”
It would be interesting to know what those researchers would say about Classen’s blunt conclusion that “Approving a vaccine, utilizing novel RNA technology without extensive testing is extremely dangerous.”
Those contemplating COVID injections may be ignoring potential risks at their own peril.

Every person has to make up their own mind about the vaccines.
I am not against vaccines, but I have decided to wait for the Johnson and Johnson (traditional vaccine) based on my own research.
I will not allow my children to be vaccinated with the mRNA vaccines until we better understand the long term results (especially my daughters).
I am glad that my parents have both received the mRNA vaccine because they are high risks from the virus.
Hope that makes sense, but I will not criticize the decision of any other person who has done their own research as long as it is not based on disinformation (a lot of that out there).

I’ll take my chances with the vaccine rather than dying at a vent farm in a Walmart parking lot.

Yes, because the injected messenger RNA particle turns off the action of Type 2 white blood cells.

Sounds good. Priming the pump for more pharma customers.

The J&J vaccine is not mRNA but it is not completely trad either. It joins the telltale spike of the COVID virus with an adenovirus. This is supposed to be close enough that your body will create antibodies against COVID.

RE: Does the Johnson & Johnson vaccine have the mRNA problem??
No. J&J uses is using an adenovirus to deliver the DNA which then gets made into mRNA which then makes the protein that our bodies will react to.
The United States doesn’t yet have an approved adenovirus vector vaccine, but the technology is not new, it’s been used at the University of Oxford and in an Ebola vaccine for years.

but I will not criticize the decision of any other person who has done their own research The problem is there is NO RESEARCH out there on the long term effects. Don't believe me, believe MODERNA, in their SEC filing:
Excerpt:
Most of our investigational medicines are formulated and administered in an LNP which may lead to systemic side effects related to the components of the LNP which may not have ever been tested in humans.,
Let that sink in.

I don’t disagree. It’s a new vaccine with a new vaccine technology. That is why I am opting to wait for the more traditional one-shot vaccine.
However, there are some pretty credible doctors out there detailing their reasons for and against these vaccines who do not appear to have a monetary or political interests. There have also been some well reasoned stuff published in Europe about these vaccines (pros and cons).
I won’t presume to tell others what to do. Each person has to look at their personal health and age and assess their own risks. For those in high risk groups (my parents) I think the benefits outweigh the known and potential risk. For those who are younger with no underlying conditions I think the negatives outweigh any potential benefit in the short-term until more data is available.

To try and break down the delivery system of this chemical soup and the possible ramifications is pure conjecture, nothing more. A lot of wasted breathe and thought . We know that information and stats are skewed and politically/monetarily motivated. Personally I see the the drone like following and faith in drugs as a mistake . Is it not the medical establishment with our own American dollars that facilitated the “Point of Transfer” research...and now cash in even more with a questionable prevention method? Rather than fraudulent joey giving away masks we should demand that Thomas Paines most famous book be given to every being within our borders who can read. COMMON SENSE is taboo to those who enjoy subjugating their own fellow citizenry.

I've made it through the worst of this “pandemic” and plan on continuing my present plan...I have doses of Ivermectin And Hydroxochloriphine waiting for use if I or my wife get infected. I don't trust my government or big pharm with my health!!!

RE: .I have doses of Ivermectin And Hydroxochloriphine waiting for use if I or my wife get infected.
I’m surprised that you could find a doctor who will fill in a prescription for HCQ and Ivermectin for you.
Many doctors won’t do it for fear of incurring the ire of the FDA or the Health Departments of their state.

What you say makes a lot of sense. There is no way in {censored} I'd get an experimental RNA based treatment. That's what these are after all, experimental.
I might get a traditional vaccine - in 8 or 10 years if there are no serious side effects that have come to light, and if a CV-19 vaccine is still needed. (which is very doubtful)
Like you said - everyone has to make their own choice. If you're more afraid of a over-hyped Chinese virus than you are of experimental RNA treatments, go for it. If you'd rather trust in your immune system and modern supportive care if needed, don't go for it. I won't say someone must or must not, I won't even say someone should or should not. But don't anyone try to tell me I must, or I should. My body, my choice.
