The Vaccine Had to Be Used. He Used It. He Was Fired.

Ten doses of the Covid-19 vaccine would expire within hours, so a Houston doctor gave it to people with medical conditions, including his wife. What followed was “the lowest moment in my life,” Dr. Hasan Gokal said.

County DA Ogg rings a smelly bell. I know that I heard her name before and it wasn’t in a trustworthy context.

Anyone from Texas here at FR know about her.

I know that I wrote a little comment about her name about 3-4 weeks ago to find out if she was related to some very early Soviet spies named Ogg but I haven’t found any connection to them.

Hmm “Gokal had been one of the faces of Harris County Public Health during the pandemic, featured in videos and on town hall panels.”

“This article makes the Dr. seem a hero and the DA scum. But then it is the ‘New York Times’. So I shall wait to hear the other side of the story from the DA.”

Well, the DA is Soros-type, so she is scum, the NY Times is pure scum. The doctor I don’t know about either way.

Given all that, we’ll likely never know the truth.

I read the entire article...

Then consider the source. And trust but verify.

I suspect that there is far more to this story, too.

There’s an extra dose in every vial. The manufacturer errs on the side of a little too much so nobody gets a vial with a little to little.

He “got extra doses” because he was holding a vaccine clinic. He was told in no uncertain terms not to waste any doses.

There are 10 doses in a vial and any unused vaccine must be discarded a certain number of hours after the first vaccine is taken from that vial.

He had two people come in for vaccines at the end of the day and had to open a new vial.

He now had, I think, 8 or so doses that he could either waste or administer. He set out to find people to vaccinate rather than to discard them.

He was fired for this.

Oh, and he got in trouble because too many people who got the extra doses that would have been wasted were of Indian descent, and it turns out that Indians are “white adjacent,” so white supremacy, etc.

The one fact that probably triggered the firing and criminal actions was that the last shot was given to his wife.

The Times admits to this

“The affidavit describes County procedures as forbidding “personal use” of the vaccine, but then fails to describe what “personal use” is under those procedures.”

I could see that vaccinating the wife would fall under ‘personal use’.

They don’t really say who the other names on the list were. But they hint at it.

““Are you suggesting that there were too many Indian names in that group?””

The fact that the article chose to obscure here, means they are likely covering up some other obvious points.

The article does not admit to how much control the Dr. had over the event.

It sounds like he was in charge and running the event.

The article is trying to make it seem like the DA took a racist action against the Dr.

Whereas it is more likely that the DA saw that The Dr. had abused his position to vaccinate his wife, neighbors and acquaintances early. That he manipulated the opening of the final vial.

The price alleged for the value of the vaccine seems to be too low.

So I shall wait to hear the other side of the story from the DA.

This story is a few weeks old.

The charges were dropped against the Doctor.

However, the DA Ogg is talking about still taking it to a grand jury despite the judge dismissing the charges.

Nope. But she is a democrat.

Been in office four years - since 2016

“Shake-ups begin at DA’s office as Ogg moves toward taking office Brian Rogers”

Fired a bunch upon taking office.

“In her first major action as Harris County’s incoming district attorney, Kim Ogg announced Friday she has shown 40 prosecutors the door in a massive shake-up as as she prepares to take office Jan. 1.”

You might like to see this video, it’s 18 min, worth every second:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2IphVAOtqYk&feature=emb_logo

How Doctors Trick You - Dr. McDougall

“Today we bring you - another golden gem of a video from John McDougall MD, this time discussing disease mongering. Disease mongering is what the pharmaceutical and medical device businesses do in order to make money - to push questionable drugs, surgeries, potions, gimmicks and generally unnecessary (but profitable) treatments. The first step in disease mongering is to create a definition for a disease that will encompass a large portion of the population - be that a market for osteoporosis drugs, cholesterol drugs, vaccines - or other unnecessary treatments.

“Doctors then sell the relative rather than absolute benefits. It’s a great way to fool patients, to make them think there is a huge benefit - when the benefit is actually miniscule and the product possibly dangerous. McDougall says doctors need to stop going along with this. In this classic talk from our 2005 Expo, McDougall doesn’t hold back. He won’t be involved in pushing useless treatments - it’s unethical. Unfortunately, it’s the norm for many doctors.”

One of the commenters mentioned NNT (number needed to treat). “The Number Needed to Treat (NNT) is the number of patients you need to treat to prevent one additional bad outcome (death, stroke, etc.). For example, if a drug has an NNT of 5, it means you have to treat 5 people with the drug to prevent one additional bad outcome.”

For example: “Statins, which have become synonymous with “heart-attack-and-stroke-preventing,” have an NNT of 60 for heart attack and 268 for stroke: That’s how many healthy people have to take statins for five years for those respective outcomes to be prevented.” Doesn’t sound very good to me.

You would have thought they had to start with a Grand Jury... right?

Attacking a sitting judge is usually a bad career move.

“Ogg spokesman Dane Schiller said prosecutors will still pursue the case.

“Judge Bynum’s gratuitous observations call into question his fairness and impartiality; we anticipate presenting all the evidence in the matter to a grand jury,” Schiller said.”

Usually, the person ‘stolen from’ has to complain.

So does this mean the hospital also filed a ‘theft claim’ in addition to firing the doctor?

The doctor wrote...

“He wrote: “Department of STATE HEALTH SERVICES of TEXAS says: “DSHS would recommend that the doses left in a punctured vial be given to people in groups 1a and 1b, if at all possible. However, there are going to be times when there is one or two doses left in the bottom of the vial and no potential recipients in those priority populations. In those cases, we recommend giving those left over doses to whoever is willing and has no contraindications. In the end, we want every dose used and none wasted.HARRIS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH INSISTS THAT IT’S STAFF WASTE DAILY DOSES, AGAINST THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE STATE.””

So is this Harris County that is the complaintant?
