When I was looking for the youtube video of the "Lin Wood Whistleblower interview" a search in Google resulted in zero hits.
A DuckDuckGo search brought up numerous links to the interview...

That’s not James Clapper. It’s part of the interview Lin Wood posted of @JohnHereToHelp. Parts 1, 2 and 5 are all the same person talking.
I think the higher ups are trying to discredit what the whistleblower said so they are claiming it’s clapper and when it’s revealed to not be him, ridiculing those who “fell for it” and claim the whole thing is fake.

I suspect that that’s the most correct interpretation of the “missile/plane” statement. The planes were all intentionally used as missiles that day.
