"We got some work to do. Red brick green awning. I know it's not an easy task, but the frogs will figure it out."
Could be Pennsylvania NW just north of WH... used google maps street view...could be lot of red brick on that road ...
***Where is this (in the picture....)
Interadasting......
The Press Briefing room is in the West Wing.

The windows behind the cameraman look to be facing North and show what looks like a berm and a red building with a green awning in front.
However....
Google maps show no building north of the West Wing, nor a berm... (or south of the Briefing Room either...)
And Here (Note that the wall was repainted with a different color.)
Bama at podium:
Given the section of the W/H the west Colonnade is on the right. I don't see another building of brick with awnings unless we are looking at the Residentce. (Not indicated here. )
IF it’s a view (looking NW) from the West Wing Press Briefing Room, it might be the building (row house) just west of the Rochambeau statute in Lafayette Square.
That might be the Peter Parker House, 716 Jackson PL NW (intersection of Pennsylvania Ave NW and Jackson Place NW.)
This view below, is from the NE corner of the intersection looking back at the West Wing. 2 green canopies can be seen on the WH lawn that likely protect the press from inclement weather when broadcasting.
One end of a green canopy can be seen out the window, behind the camera man, and beyond the canopy, the Parker House.
If one drags the image about 90 degrees clockwise, the Parker House will come into view.
