Given the section of the W/H the west Colonnade is on the right. I don't see another building of brick with awnings unless we are looking at the Residentce. (Not indicated here. )

Interesting notes and pictures. Obviously GhostEzra believes the room in question is a facsimile of the real Briefing Room, and you seem to have both corroborated that. Judging from the limited amount we see in his pictures, it looks to be a pretty good imitation, but the question is where is it? Hmm. Hopefully the “frogs” can find it. I sure can’t!

There’s a reddish building at corner of 17th and Pennsylvania NW .... that’s about the only thing I see.
