Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Did the sources indicate any idea who the feed came from? was it recorded?
I’m having a devil of a time finding anything about a 12 hour earlier showing. I found a nigerian station that had photos, but it was stock stuff from the daytime 20th.
Speaking of feeds, was there just one feed on inauguration day? or did each outlet have its own feed?
It looked like one feed...’cept some views seemed different.
I used c-span as the main feed-(3 hrs 10 mins); Then JCCIC(Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies) (6 hrs 55mins) and ABC(11 hrs 54mins - most of this was yabba yabba).
I was mostly looking for sun\shade\clouds\blue sky stuff...and those feeds had it all.
Prior to Pres. Trump’s departure, Marine 1 on the south lawn was in sun and less than 3 minutes later no sun at all.
Pres. Trump arrives at Andrews under almost total clouds and leaves in sunshine.

Some things were the same but with different views. What C-Span presented was flipped by ABC in some cases.
The various photos were not all stock stuff.
The BBC and The Guardian mail had some different photos that I hadn’t seen.
If things were spliced together, I sure couldn’t tell.

This is certainly a possibility.
Another possibility is he is trying to get attention for some deep psychological reason.
HOWEVER, if you read his report of the Trump legal-team fiasco ... I found it sounded credible and that it may explain a lot.
Rudy was certainly not impressive, though I understand the President needed a high-profile "Face" for his defense and other issues.
Byrne's analysis made me wonder if PDJT, as a person who has never had a drinking problem, may have missed the signs in Rudy.

I forgot to add ... my wife suggests that Rudy may have gone on a drinking binge as a result of having to cave into deep-state “pressures” and, in essence, being forced to sandbag President Trump.

I noticed that all the stock reporters were far away on that rooftop....
