Yes, the workplace has gone completely mercenary and the same people who think they're going to force you to embrace their illness can't grasp that you'll simply have nothing to do with them. Smart women are already complaining that other women ruined the workplace for them because no man will talk to them except for work only, no mentoring, and only with witnesses present.
Threaten the teacher and you'll learn nothing.
In 40 years of professional life I can categorialy saying the only actual racists I ever met were AA women in HR.

I had to sit one such training several years ago. I got in trouble when I pointed out the explicit bias in the implicit bias training ... after the “woman of color” said that all whites were racist, all heterosexuals were transphobic and so fort.
That’s actually been demonstrated.

No one mentioned that the training is for helping a company to avoid liability costs. That’s odd.
I’m retired, so I get my human resources training every week from the pulpit, with readings in between.
We are trained to understand that each person is responsible for his or her own actions, that telling the truth is generally the most efficient and cost-effective policy, and that the Big Boss has total access to our devices. If we mess up, we need to be accountable—but no one’s perfect, so be careful not to come off as self-righteous when someone else offends.
Oh, and the Big Boss already assigned our genders, so don’t even think about being all woke about it. It’s kind of a non-negotiable from on high in this outfit.
