Bet minimum wage hikes played a big part...
Godiva was definitly not the best chocolate I ever tasted. It was, however, more expensive than most and therefore considered better. It was just okay! We can live without it just fine.
Whew, at first I thought it was Ghirardelli, which I love.
I know they tried to diversify, with grocery story boxed goods labeled as Godiva this, that, and the other. Sad that they are leaving but there is no doubt that we have no lack of chocolate in this country, and plenty of small candy stores should benefit at least.
I love their stuff. Like my local candy store’s too.
Godiva isn’t expensive.
These are and they my favorites:
My favorite is the Astrid with a crunch sugar shell and praline inside

Is this a naked ploy to get us to buy their chocolates?
You just caused me to puke on a freshly moped floor. I hope you are happy.
It seems that unemployment is increasing and the economy is collapsing earlier than expected; What should I say poor illegitimate (I mean Biden) or poor America
After Eight chocolate mints, yum! Best after dinner when you need that just enough sweet.
Unfortunately these are not cheap but on rare occasions a guilty indulgence.

I like DeBrand Chocolate and Frango Mints.

Our culture is going the way of Godiva North America.
Disgusting!
