Set of the eyes, placement of the eyebrows, chin shape are all different.

Signature of the guy on right looks like he tried to imitate the signature of the guy on the left.

I have read that the "philtrum", (The philtrum (Latin: philtrum from Ancient Greek or medial cleft, is a vertical indentation in the middle area of the upper lip, common to many mammals, extending in humans from the nasal septum to the tubercle of the upper lip)length never changes and has been used in facial recognition programs.

The length of the philtrums in those pictures appears different, old Biden's is shorter, Faux Biden's is longer even though he has had plastic surgery on his nose.

Wearing a mask is very advantageous to hide this.

The one on the left, the Ted Baxter looking one is younger, wears the suit. Has seen sunlight recently.

The one on the right looks as if he has had plastic surgery which raised his right eye too much. He looks like a basement dweller. Anemic. The suit wears him.

As to the signature, why would one add/remove the Jr.? That's something one does their entire life.
