Qs' advance knowledge of the exact minute of NoName's death "could well" have more to do with the decedent's wish to have its death at a moment that would reflect an optimal numerological (gematria) greatness or power *cough, cough* than per se be proof of its having been executed.
Personally, although I believe NoName knew the Trump Administration had "the goods" on its treason (and that there may well have been a secret tribunal proceeding about it). I also believe it was allowed to select (the gematria of) the time of its death. That request is what Q knew in advance, that it might be recorded auspiciously in annals that meant so much to it and as it was in Q posts.
Its friends at its funeral did their darndest to offset the extreme dishonor of its treasonous actions (Lodestar EMP, ISIS), but the military's draping its coffin with a shabbily-folded and wrinkled flag got in the last word.

When we consider the ongoing color revolution, where one of the steps is demoralization (think about it; everything got more and more crazy all through the last couple of years, starting with the NFL and NBA kneeling against the flag, to the Antifa rioters being released while ordinary Americans were lied about and called 'terrorists' and even banks refusing to do business with Donald Trump)... I am reminded to two things:
First the scripture passage, “See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. The Constitution says “[w]hen the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside” — but Trump will not be “the President” during the upcoming trial.
If Roberts refuses to preside at upcoming Senate trial as beyond his constitutional authority — as he should — that will render the “impeachment” trial not an “impeachment” trial at all.

The U.S. Constitution says that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court “shall preside” over trials of the President of the United States, but it does not specify what happens if the president has left office.
No ex-president has ever faced a Senate trial. The question is complicated by a legal text open to interpretation, and there is no consensus among constitutional scholars or ...
*******This makes me wonder if enough Republicans have the back bone to start impeachments of the Dems. like Nanzi; Chucky Cheese, etc...
And I don't know if there are enough Republicans have the backbone to do it...
If we can ‘impeach’ like this instead of ‘recalling the Representatives and Senators’ to their States to be removed, maybe we could start with RAT ROMNEY!!!

Video is 43:01 long. Absolutely well worth watching.
It is about President Trump's visit to China, Israel, Brussels, Vatican and more. Speaks of the birth of the Vatican Bank, mentions Rothchilds, Mandalay Bay, and lost children.
The blurb under the video states:

PBS paid for it. "Networks" refused to air it because of the Russia Hoax. The hoax labeled him and no one would offer any positive airtime for a Russian patsy (which we know is a lie). Now, we have a CCP patsy and you will not find a network that will get behind that label as the laptop proved prior to the fraudulent Election. I'm not monetized. I presented this as my civic duty. I will be removed. Someone will need to help get this out.
