Q predicted noname’s death exactly 30 days in advance
Qs' advance knowledge of the exact minute of NoName's death "could well" have more to do with the decedent's wish to have its death at a moment that would reflect an optimal numerological (gematria) greatness or power *cough, cough* than per se be proof of its having been executed.
Personally, although I believe NoName knew the Trump Administration had "the goods" on its treason (and that there may well have been a secret tribunal proceeding about it). I also believe it was allowed to select (the gematria of) the time of its death. That request is what Q knew in advance, that it might be recorded auspiciously in annals that meant so much to it and as it was in Q posts.
Its friends at its funeral did their darndest to offset the extreme dishonor of its treasonous actions (Lodestar EMP, ISIS), but the military's draping its coffin with a shabbily-folded and wrinkled flag got in the last word.
