Harris is neither black nor legally eligible to hold the office of VP from what I understand. What is she then and what is her ineligible background?
Her father is Jamaican and her mother is India Indian.......................
If nobody did anything about a Kenyan born halfrican as POTUS, why would you expect something to be done about a US born halfrican as VP?
The rules don’t matter anymore and they haven’t mattered ever since Michelle Obama publicly acknowledged that Barack Obama is a native of Kenya.

She was born an Indian/Jamaican.
Natural born citizens are NATURALLY citizens because they could not be anything else.
Born here of citizen parents precludes any other citizenship, loyalty or allegiance.
It is that quality that the founders were specifying.
A conspiracy theory, if you will.
The democrats know she’s ineligible, just like they know that biden will not finish his first term, so that’s why they picked the singularly most unpopular VP candidate for biden.
Here’s how it works....
Pick the guy who is least likely to finish out his term in office and saddle him with a VP nobody wants and who is not eligible. 25th amendment him and she then becomes president and then must pick her own VP.
But her eligibility is an issue so she’s DQ’s and her VP pick then becomes president. So we end up in effect with a president who never got elected whom nobody wanted in the first place but will do their master’s bidding.
Speculation abounds about who that VP pick could be. Maybe Hillary, cuomo, Pelosi, AOC, Stacy Abrams....... the list of candidates who are terrifying to imagine as president is endless, sadly.
Although I have heard speculation that Abrams might be slotted for SCOTUS.
OR......
They just ignore the eligibility issue of Harris, like they did with obama, and she still picks a horrendous VP and has to watch her back every move she makes, especially if it’s clinton she picks.

BOTH parties abrogated the Constitution on Usurpation Day January 20, 2009.
The GOP went along with it because they had a stable full of ineligibles that were the future of the party.
Rubio, Jindal, Cruz, Haley and most importantly George P. Bush are all not natural born citizens and ineligble.
Some folks didn’t get the message with the “hole” obxxx fiasco about eligibility. ‘THEY’ DON’T GIVE A 💩! Constitution? We don’t need no steenkin’ constitution!

One qualification for the presidency is 14 years a resident of the United States. When Herbert Hoover first ran back in 1928, he had the 14 years, but it wasn’t the last 14 years. (Hoover was overseas doing relief work.)
So was Hoover eligible? The Courts essentially said let the voters decide - which is, of course, a poor way of deciding Constitutional issues. And the voters decided Hoover was eligible. He won the election.
We saw the same sort of thing with Obama, and now with Harris.
