I’m glad they are watching you! Even though I know how hard the nights are with them constantly checking on you. When I had my son I wanted to go home because I couldn’t get any sleep. It was better with a newborn! I did get to go home early because the hospital was filling up with deliveries.

Moving is ridiculous. We are too old to be doing this. Hopefully the next house will be a forever house.

It was funny though, the dogs here had quit barking for about a couple days. They probably traded them for other dogs. Or they didn’t survive the freezing winter temperatures. We got the keys to the new house and headed over and a dog was barking. God has a sarcastic sense of humor. I just had to smile. Turns out there are lots of dogs barking but they are at a distance. And they only Bark a normal amount of time. I think and hope they all have happy homes and are well taken care of.

We have been moving for a couple weeks now and there is still so much stuff left! I only do a little at a time so I guess that’s to be expected. Hubby is insisting on moving the furniture by himself. So it’s not really as quick. But the house is only 10 or 12 minutes away so we have that luxury. He’s going to move over there tonight. I think I’ll wait until after the two cats have their vet appointment this week. I thought it might be too hard on them to have the trauma of moving and then a vet appointment. Roy has a heart murmur and that could be serious.

Now this may not be practical, but it sounds like you might want to keep both homes and switch back and forth so you can stay wherever the dogs are quiet. I hope that you haven’t jumped out of the barking dog fry pan and into the barking dog fire....that would be awful.

I hear ya, CB. It is all so overwhelming, sometimes.

Everything that we’re witnessing, day in, day out.

But....that’s what the left/evil one wants....is for us to feel overwhelmed.

So, we cannot give in, to that.

Sometimes, for me, it’s easier to take breaks from general news, then just focus on one particular area....say....fake green energy nonsense, or the hoax Wuhan virus lockdowns, etc.

Hubby is better than me at handling general news....then, taking several days break, from all news.

I have a harder time, with that, because I know that the enemy never sleeps. The left is a constant machine....working on their destroy America plans.

It’s as if the Rethuglicans are paralyzed while all of the Dem dastardly deeds are happening at breakneck speed.

That’s what FRiends on this thread are for....to keep us all together in hope, and in good cheer....when we’re feeling our lowest/saddest.

Ok,well for context, the movie is about a dystopian future and they have a room where surgery is all done with lasers/robot... the machine goes whacko and almost kills a guy. It looks just like this da Vinci robot, with the arms and all, lol. Good thing they already gave me the happy juice and I was out before I could think about it too much 😂😂

The name Saxe-Coburg-Gotha came into the British Royal Family in 1840 with the marriage of Queen Victoria to Prince Albert, son of Ernst, Duke of Saxe-Coburg & Gotha. Queen Victoria herself was the last monarch of the House of Hanover.

The Duchy of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (German Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha) was a dual monarchy in Germany. This means that one ruler ruled over two countries, in this case the duchies of Coburg and Gotha. "Saxe" means of Saxony, because there were many small countries but all were ruled by members of the royal house of Saxony.
