There are some vans you can get that are nice for traveling but would be too crowded for me. There are those that do live in them full-time. About the size of the Amazon Prime delivery vans. They can be pretty expensive though.
You can get park models that stay stationary in a park; kinda like a tiny home. There’s some tiny home communities in Texas too.
I don’t want a monster trailer or fifth wheel. I’m thinking something less than 25 foot long and about 6000 pounds.

Good morning , TGKC. You are welcome. Some schools are closed here and some are not.
GEEZE out here in CA. we have beautiful weather in the 70’s everyday sun shining and the damn schools have been closed for a year now!! These poor kids will NEVER catch up!!!
Democrat politicians and bureaucrats create equality among the masses by dragging everyone down to the bottom.
While their children are privately tutored or go to top level private schools.

Schools were closed for awhile because of "it". But, they recently opened.
Good morning. How are you doing? How was your night? Warm , I hope.
Just my opinion, but I believe the schools being closed has been the perfect, eye-opening, opportunity for parents to see just how dumbed down the education system is. Some won’t, but those never would have anyway. Parents have become way too complacent and farming off their kid’s education to others (and then are all surprised that their kids end up liberals, well, duh! Who fed your child’s mind for 7 hours a day the last 20 years?).
The problem wasn’t so much schools being closed is that many parents didn’t take the opportunity to get their kids caught up, as well as get involved in their learning. They could have learned what kind of learner their child is and tailor their learning. They could have been helping them work through concepts - what a great opportunity for teaching critical thinking since it is not taught so much in traditional schools anymore.
If kids are behind because schools closed, it is because they were already behind and this was masked in the classroom setting. They take a test, get it back graded a week later, never have anyone go over with them one-on-one what they missed and it’s a hole in their knowledge that will come back to bite them down the road (especially in math concepts)
Anyway, it is a shame that the public schools did not look to private online schools for input. They have been doing this for decades, with a proven track record. They have built in a flexibility that is required for online learning, as cookie-cutter approaches do not work in a homeschool environment!
Having said all that, the travesty of shut down schools is not the education, it is they shut down their lives. Kids need to be able to play with other kids, period. My boys spent 4 hours max/day in school, the majority of their day was spent with friends or on hobbies.
