I’ve had the thought, while driving at a high rate of speed in packs of cars AND semis, that I was experiencing a NASCAR moment. All it would take for a catastrophe to strike, is a little hiccup by one of the fellow travelers in the pack.
Over a lifetime of driving I suppose that many of us have had more than our share of these spontaneous meet ups out on the highway. Sadly, these deadly pileups come as no surprise.
Be careful out there everybody.

It certainly would have been better if there had been speakers somewhere near the Capitol from 10 to 5.

We use this product on my daughter’s car. She has the cardinal bird print and the side mirror covers:

Only complaint I have seen is that some feel the size is undersized for their vehicle, so you should go one size larger.
Daughter has an Hyundai Elantra, and the recommended size was not an issue.
What I liked most is that it covers the wipers as well.
Saves a ton of time in the morning.
Store it in the trunk, wet or dry. Heavy enough that with the tabs held in by the doors the wind doesn’t bother it. Has side straps to go around the side mirrors for extra anchoring.

The Wild Protest was a major planned event. How it got dissolved is beyond me. Something DOES NOT smell right about the scheduled event becoming a non event, in the blink of an eye.
I attended the FIRST (of 3) DC-Trump events, which was a Stop The Steal rally, that was held at Freedom Plaza, on the afternoon and evening of Jan. 5th, which was modestly attended, in comparison to the next day’s crowd size at the Ellipse Park rally, and yet- the number of speakers and who they were, was almost a carbon copy of the speaking lineup planned for the Wild Protest event. The same infrastructure for the Stop The Steal event would be needed to put on such a busy lineup of speakers (40) for the Wild Protest event, using similar stage and audio equipment, power, lights, restrooms, hospitality tent, Jumbotron, security, etc.
I’m becoming more convinced as the facts come out, that there were forces at work directing the break in.
My husband asked me today if I had seen the dog bowl.
I said, no, I didn’t know that he could.
