I can’t watch any of it. I can’t put into words how angry I am over what they are doing - trying to cast blame on an innocent man while getting away scot free with their own coup against him - illegal election, etc. Then the EOs undoing all the good things Trump did for America, then the RINOs betrayal from state to federal government.
My BP has been high these days so I am avoiding the news as much as possible...
Plus we are trying to sell my FIL’s house and finish moving the rest of his stuff here, trying to get siblings to work with us (they live out of town) is VERY frustrating. We took took pics of each heirloom, but they are dragging their feet on choosing, which puts an estate sale on hold, which puts everything on hold. We have limited space so we cant move everything sentimental here, and will probably have to move it all to a storage unit.
To make things more complicated, my younger son and his friend wants to move in with my other son which will mean building out the basement at that house. We need a new roof on our house due to storm damage and the insurance is being a pain.
The IRS is being a pain, for the past two years they are missing payments that we made. Same with our mortgage company. It feels like we are on the phone all day.
On top of it all, my FIL’s dementia continues to go downhill with all the challenges that brings.
Sorry to vent, I know it could be worse, but I feel a bit overwhelmed.
I can attest to this! We almost moved to Idaho years ago, when we went to visit it felt so great... but it was in the teens and snowing. We came back to 30s and rain in Atlanta and it just felt SO cold here.
TV/NEWS...
Same here. Relying on Trump Family Train to buffer and filter the bad stuff in a way that is bearable.
Do not feel sorry to be venting.
You are at the right place to do it.
All that you have on your plate right now would cause even the strongest person to feel overwhelmed.
Will be praying for you and yours.

Thanks. I have read that he had no injuries and had gone back to his office, but i read no charges for his death.
Vent on! You have so much going on, no wonder you’re so frustrated. Take care!
14 State Attorney Generals Tell Biden They’re Reviewing Legal Options Regarding Keystone XL
Attorney generals in 14 states warned President Joe Biden they began “reviewing” legal options regarding his decision to revoke the Keystone XL pipeline.
“Your decision will result in devastating damage to many of our states and local communities,” they wrote.
The signers include:
Steve Marshall of Alabama
Leslie Rutledge of Arkansas
Christopher Carr of Georgia
Todd Rokita of Indiana
Derek Schmidt of Kansas
Jeff Landry of Louisiana
Lynn Fitch of Mississippi
Eric Schmitt of Missouri
Austin Knudsen of Montana
Wayne Stenehjem of North Dakota
Alan Wilson of South Carolina
Jason Ravnsborg of South Dakota
Ken Paxton of Texas
Patrick Morrisey of West Virginia
The AGs noted that Biden’s executive order cited “climate crisis,” but did not explain how eliminating the Keystone XL pipeline protects “Americans and the domestic economy from harmful climate impacts.”
But it’s obvious why Biden took this route: appealing to special interest groups.
The AGs reminded Biden he hurts the people he promised to help.
“We cannot ‘Build Back Better’ by reflexively tearing down,” they stressed. “America needs every tool in her possession to emerge from the COVID-19 crisis stronger and more secure. You have expressed a commitment to unite the Nation. If that is to be more than empty rhetoric, you must fully consider and account for the alarming effects your actions have on states, local communities, farmers, and workers.”
People may not believe in trickle-down economics, but it shows in Oklahoma, relying on the energy sector. The pipeline brings jobs, which means people. Those people need basics to survive. Companies see those needs and move to the community. The pipeline helps expand the areas around it.
Supply and demand. (Economics is not that hard. People seem to make it hard, so you can’t think for yourself, nod your head, and move on.)
Shutting down the Keystone XL pipeline means higher “heating and fuel costs for families and businesses” in America. It will also cause problems for “agriculture, transportation, manufacturing, and even the affordability of consumer goods.”
The AGs started “reviewing legal options to protect our residents and sovereign interests.”
The pipeline would have created 11,000 jobs. 8,000 of those jobs are union jobs.

Nice!
About time there was some meaningful pushback on something!
Gasoline prices at the pump n my neighborhood are up 20% or more since Biden's inauguration installation.
Thanks both of you! It’s not that they are particularly hard things, just so many things at once!
Gas prices jumped in my area too. As expected.
That’s what gets to me, everything seems to go wrong at once. Hang in there!
I remember the open seating rush, and paying cash for the fare when on board, and using coupons.
As it got more popular, They moved their terminal from a regular concourse at Newark where they based, to the old North Terminal and took over the whole thing.
On my last flight, from Florida, someone brought a live chicken on board.
I took that as a sign to go back to the regular airlines, and let the company pay a higher fare.
That Capitol police officer was never called back in when there were reports of a riot at the Capitol.
IIRC he was amazed by not getting a call.
