Well it looks like somebody got into my chocolate and left me empty wrappers. No doubt friends trying to be helpful and helping me watch my weight.
Right now all I want is some good hand lotion. My fingertips are all cut up! Maybe from the paper I used in wrapping, drying my fingers out. They have like little slits all over them! I did dinner dishes and ouch!

no haven’t sold the first house yet. We’re going to do it the easy way, and sell after we’ve moved. Otherwise we would have had to rent some humongous Barn to put everything again. We’d be taking a risk that the market might change, but so far it’s still looks okay. There’s very few houses that came on the market after the holidays.

I’m just thinking about the companies that had business in a country that decided to nationalize, like Venezuela. But in the case of the U.S. you would think k the companies would have some recourse.
The swearing in doesn’t take effect until noon? If it doesn’t happen at an exact minute is it null and void? I’m just curious since there’s so much discussion, am I missing something?
