No, the clear language in Article 2 Sec 1 make clear that citizen and natural born citizen are not the same.
One is only naturally a citizen if they are born here of citizen parents.
One nationality, one citizenship, one allegiance, on loyalty.

I think the elderly man—born in 1896 who that number was originally assigned to spent part of his years in Hawaii...And she had access to his SS number. I think the guy died, with that info on his bank account, and Grandma Dunham stole it for Barry to use.
Which begs the next question: IF Barry worked all those years under that NUMBER-—are those earning being applied to his social security account?? Or to the account of the original number holder—who got the number in 1936 ???????
