No, the clear language in Article 2 Sec 1 make clear that citizen and natural born citizen are not the same.
One is only naturally a citizen if they are born here of citizen parents.
One nationality, one citizenship, one allegiance, on loyalty.
Naturally an American because they could not be anything else.
Foreign citizens give birth to foreigners.
Children born of Mexicans or Chinese here are awarded citizenship, but are still Chinese or Mexican citizens.
Jindal, Rubio, Cruz, Haley and most importantly George P. Bush are all ineligible and were seen as the future of the GOP, so the GOP colluded with the Democrats to violate the Constitution by ignoring it.

Can you quote the clear language in Article 2 Sec 1 that talks about someone's parents?

Sure, you could move here and become a citizen (what we now call naturalization). Harris didn't do that. She was never naturalized.

One is only naturally a citizen if they are born here of citizen parents.

That's not what the Constitution says nor what federal law says - or has ever said. And if that's true that excludes 4 or 5 American Presidents. You're gotta rewrite a lot of history now!
