Everyone settled on .. "His mamma was a US citizen" so he was eligible!
Now, I ask you .. Kammel Toe Harris is born of two parents .. Not of US citizen parents ... why is no one talking about this? (Let me guess)
To be clear: If Putin who every democrat is terrified of, came here with his pregnant wife and gave birth to the child .. could Putin take his child back to Russia?

“Everyone settled on...?” Bullshiite. We constitutionalists KNEW that NBC meant “ born of 2 citizens on US soil”. With very few exceptions, and obambam never met any of them.
The republic died when SCOTUS refused to look at the obvious implications of NBC for the current candidates because they feared racial riots.
The SCOTUS refused to look at the obvious implications of a stolen fuqqing election because they did NOT fear conservative riots.
SCOTUS killed our republic.
I never settled on that.
Don’t mistake these lefties as people who would have regard for the Constitution, now.
NOT all of them were eligible to be president according to the NBC requirement.

Under federal law (8 USC § 1401), persons born on US soil are citizens with only extremely narrow exceptions.
2. Harris is not Obama. Creatively interpreting the meaning of U.S. law and SCOTUS cases in ways no court would when it suits us won't change anything.
3. Her parents were in the process of getting legal citizenship, as far as the law and SCOTUS is concerned, that affect the citizenship of their children.
4. U.S. law has no jurisdiction over other country's citizenship. We can't say a child born in this country is a citizen of another country.
5. No matter how we want to pretend otherwise, she has a much stronger case for NBC than Obama.
6. Seriously, why bring this up now, and make us look like white supremacists the left wants us to be?
( They will no matter what, don't give them more ammunition to do it. )
