I thought your thread was wholesale jackassery until I got the Rona.
I have been taking 1600 IU Vit D, 50mg Zinc Picolinate, 800mg Quercitin, 1000 mg C and I am on 20mg lisinopril (blood pressure ACE inhibitor) and caught the Rona last week.
Almost no symptoms. Slight stuffyness. Slightly dulled sense of smell. Dry sinuses. Had extremely low grade fever for a day. If my wife had not gotten the flu like symptoms (She thought I was nuts for my regiment) and tested positive I may not even have noticed. (Wife started taking what I take and has dramatically improved to also low level cold symptoms)
This is what I have done and the results. No clue if I am not disposed to the virus or if this helped but certainly didnt hurt.
(Spoke to my cardiologist about the lisinopril and he said there were studies showing ACE inhibitors inhibit the viruses ability to infect cells but it wasnt scientifically proven yet)

you should be careful with not overdoing the ACE inhibitors...
No doubt that healthy living and a few supplements make you healthier in all respects, including being a shield against Corona.
