you should be careful with not overdoing the ACE inhibitors...

I am... I have high blood pressure. It keeps it nicely under control with just a 20mg dose. 20mg is nowhere near the 80mg max dosage.

I contacted the doc since I was wondering if he needed to switch me to something not messing with my ACE2 since that is the covid infectious mechanism. He said nope, it seems to inhibit viral replication in initial looks but no serious studies yet so there was no reason to change. No indications of downside risk and indications of potential benefits regarding the virus and definitive benefits keeping my blood pressure in the normal range.
