Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Mustangs are different as they are already under their enlistment oath but not sure the exact details on when the first take their officers oath.

FEMA is in charge, according to Mike Pence.
Likely there are the number of NG there.
However, photographs shows presence in DC includes other forces (law enforcement, Spec Ops). For example, a photo shows a man wearing an SF patch (United States Security Forces), which is under DHS.
BardFM describes the unit patch and the fact that he’s wearing a plate carrier and is wearing zip ties on his back (equipped as teams used to breach buildings).
So the NG numbers may be correct and no one has really said anything about other forces present - don’t see how it would benefit them to do so.
