Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Our military is apolitical and only follow orders from the top down. They would only defend the Constitution when they are ordered to and instructed how to do it.
It may surprise you to know that in the enlisted ranks (non-officers) we swore to obey the orders of officers appointed above us.

The media most certainly wouldn't say anything, and Trump may not have wanted to alarm people around the southern border, which may have caused them to take up arms in a ragtag unorganized mob against trained soldiers.

Two people have now been arrested in connection with the rogue piece of luggage and cops are still hunting for a third person, local media reports.
Initial reports claimed a “gun threat” has caused the disruption.
Armed officers have been seen at the airport while thousands of travellers have been pictured standing outside.
The train station at the airport has been shut and all flights have been stopped, it has been reported.
Despite all the disruption, the abandoned piece of luggage was found to be “harmless”, reports Deutsche Welle.
