With six days to go and really no mention of Kamala Harris leaving the Senate, I figured it may be a good distraction from everything going on to have some fun with potential Senator picks!

Since the democrats have held press conferences criticizing the recall effort even before the anti Newsom group have gathered enough signatures to force a recall election, the democrats know that there will be a recall election.
Don’t disenfranchise her, she gets TWO votes in the Senate now.

Um...is there a legal reason why she can’t be both Senator and VP (or POTUS for that matter)? Obviously shouldn’t be, expected not to be, but... if she says “I’m both now” what stops her?

“Qualifications for Office” are such a quaint notion. As is the idea that courts will adjudicate ANYTHING that might harm the Left.
More fun question - when Joe steps out in about 6 months and Harris becomes president, who will be the new VP?
