Michigan's Democrat Secretary of State has been hit with a bombshell court ruling after a judge ordered the top state official to release all communications regarding the 2020 election between her office and Dominion Voting Systems. Michigan 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer also ordered MI SOS Jocelyn Benson (D) to hand over any communications she made with anyone working for, or connected to, Big Tech companies, including Facebook, Twitter, Apple, Amazon, or Google.

She is a Democrat. She won’t hand over everything, count on it.
State judge so expect this to be overturned at the state Supreme Court.
And that’ll be the end of that.
I won’t hold my breath. From what I have seen, one part of the government is not in any way obligated to obey any other part of the government. Rules and laws and judgments are for the little people.
How many divisions does this judge have to enforce this?
OOPS! ............. THEY WERE ALL LOST IN A TRAGIC HARD DRIVE FAILURE!....
SORRY JUDGEY-WUDGEY!.......................
Nothing burger
The problem was with the states breaking their own laws
That was always the win
But we decided to go the Alex Jones route and throw out millions of conspiracy theories
That was always the win
Like in 2000 when Florida law clearly stated that they could not have a partial recount - if even one ballot was recounted they all had to be. The Florida Supreme Court blew that off and it took the US Supreme Court to fix it.
You accurately pointed out ONE of the problems. The other half of the equation is that there is no one, no judge, prosecutor, sheriff, AG, etc that is willing to ARREST someone for breaking the state’s laws.
State Supreme Court plays hide the evidence again and repeat and often hello 1984.
Window dressing,
Sorry judge, the shredder truck just left.
This is gonna make Benson and Nessel angry.........and when AG Nessel gets angry she launches threats but never follows through with them.
None of the voiolations is a crime.
It is not a crime for the government to lie to the public or to withhold information. The only possible penalty here is contempt of court, but the court isn;t going to do that. There will be BS answer, and that’s that.
They need to hire trained actors to keep up this Kabuki Theater.
I want the election officials’ election night emails and phone records. See how many talked to the other states that also “stopped counting” (actually stopped REPORTING counts, stopped observing counts, but actually kept counting until they manufactured a win).
I submit that violation of election law IS a crime.
