Donald Trump is the president of the United States. They only limitation I think he has is that if he jumped off the roof of the white house he would not be able to fly to a safe landing spot . . . John Ratcliffe, Trump’s director of National Intelligence, said the U.S. Space Force would become the 18th member of the U.S. intelligence community, which is led by Ratcliffe’s office and includes the CIA, FBI, National Security Agency and multiple agencies in the Defense, Treasury, Homeland Security and Energy departments.
Making the Space Force a member of the intelligence community “breaks down barriers to information sharing and ensures that Space Force leadership has access to all the intelligence it needs to be successful,” the office said.

IMHO, a fraudulent election connected to foreign interests, the fraudulent certification, and the attempted installation of an illegitimate government, would fit the definition of an insurrection. The "riot", it it was a deliberate provocation, would also be part of the insurrection.
I'm just pleased that a lot of Freepers don't live in or near large cities, no matter how these events play out. I don't think cities are going to be very friendly places to be.
I looked up EO 13848 and it specifically refers to foreign intervention. Unless the Dominion Software can be proved rigged, it is going nowhere. The biggest fraud was with the States as they ignored their own State Constitutions to allow certain ballots to be included and excluded, not to mention changing their State Constitution time frames for certain ballots.
The above is why I don't understand the USSC telling Texas and other lawsuits they have no standing. The reason Gore lost to Bush was due to USSC telling Florida they can't change their voting process mid-stream. Evidently, Bush had standing. That set precedent. The Texas lawsuit was similar, but no standing? So why did Bush's lawsuit have standing and win?

I met someone at the store today who was at the DC rally. She said that the word was that PDJT was whisked away that afternoon and taken to safety to a bunker in Texas.
From my research, the Insurrection Act covers many areas. Trump's EO 13848 is about international interference in our election process. Unless the Dominion hardware and software can be proven to interfere, it's a no go.
