Serious question: Best place in America for conservatives to rebuild?

Posted on 01/05/2021 6:18:46 AM PST by Taffylucy

Please don't misunderstand, I'm not a 'cut and run' type.

I have always been a fighter--but we must be strategic in our warrior ways, especially when we've allowed our adversaries, that want to erase us and re-engineer us--or even disappear us!--to have gained such a strong foothold within our states, our towns, our schools, our homes--and worst--in our children's minds ( aka, the FUTURE).

It was Lenin that said I believe, something to the effect of, "You get the youth, you get the future". Hitler applied this totally as the Hitler Youth were so brainwashed they marched like single-threaded pod people ALL FOR THE STATE and their own demise.

So I'm also a pragmatic person.

Thoughts on best regions, states, areas, etc in US under current trends (next 5-8 years)? Where conservatives can expect baseline civil rights and opportunity, adequate safety, basically a reasonable 'life' where we coalesce and restrengthen?

Sorry for the gloomy tone, maybe today and tomorrow, with presentation of specific fraud on the floor of congress (FRAUD THAT FULLY 50% OF AMERICANS HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN--HAVING BEEN TOLD BY CRIMINAL MASS MEDIA, RELENTLESSLY, MONOTONOUSLY, THAT ALL CLAIMS OF FRAUD ARE 'BASELESS'.) will give a glimmer of positivity --in the meantime--resilience requires thinking across multiple scenarios.

Thanks.

8 years ago, I thought it was Georgia. (I knew how Georgia was trending, but thought it would take longer to get there. Was hoping to retire before it truly went to hell, so I could then move wherever I wanted.) I now believe that, unless we nip this in the bud conclusively, all the red states will eventually fall like dominoes. Liberals spread like cockroaches.

I keep thinking about the scene in the movie "Independence Day", when they're talking about how the aliens move from planet to planet, wiping everything out in their wake. Exactly the same thing here.

The left has zero problems walking into Colorado, Virginia, Georgia and taking over. Sure they did this over time but they won these states

Why don’t we do the same? New York, New Jersey, California, Washington, Oregon, Illinois should be the states we should be moving to and getting on school/local boards and start taking them over from the grass roots.

Instead we cut and run to safe states like Kentucky or Texas or Florida where we don’t matter squat in the electoral map.

The ‘rats have no problems destroying their top cities to push ‘rat voters out into the conservative ‘burbs to gain more power in the house. They know what they are doing, while we are too busy hiding in the hills waiting for CWII like a bunch of morons.

Darling—it’s time to expand your thinking and focus on substance now. I know it’s hard for you, not being your natural aptitude to be strategically discerning, and of course that cute intransigence of yours DOES make you so irresistible—but these are the times when emotionally-driven, obsessive navel contemplation on the irrelevant, while the standing on the tracks with a locomotive bearing down on you, is not best application of your energies.

Don’t continue to prove Darwin right, baby boy.

“I’d like to say Texas, but we’re on the cusp of being blue due to transplants.”

I agree, but if Texas sets their OWN RULES for elections and ignores federal judges, it will take a long time for the state to turn blue.

...but I doubt that will happen, as the Dems fully understand that they need to start reaching into the lower levels of government to prevent an organized uprising (and the Republicans are TOO STUPID to understand what’s now happening).

In reality, if the Leftist globalists take over, it won’t matter.

We should be able to overwhelm Canada quite easily.

I have read, that in SC annual vehicle tax, to get your license plate tags renewed, are off the chart high. Is that true?

Actually, it appears that conservatives need to be running elections at the precinct level. We just don’t do stuff like that. We don’t work at the BMV, we don’t work in schools and we don’t work elections.

Yeah, but we aren’t evil minded like them. They’ll answer for it in due time and be no more (lake of fire).

North Dakotan here, previously lived in Seattle, Iowa.

Solid Red state, low population, never seen hide nor hair of Antifa or BLM (and I’m in a college town), great hunting/fishing. My internet here is better than when I was in Seattle. We rarely lock our doors or vehicles. You can go to a grocery store in winter and see a dozen trucks outside running and unlocked, the owners shopping inside. Crime is that low. (It’s still here, just no where near what you find on the coasts.)

It can have a brutal winter, but this winter has been very mild in the 20s-30s, little snow. But spring/summer/fall are amazing.

Small town Americana still exists here.

Yes. There is a vehicle tax based on the assessed value of the car. I wouldn’t say it was off the chart compared to the deep blue state of Ct which I fled. As a retiree, my total state and local property taxes are $3000. Compared to the $8000 I was paying in Ct, the burden is much lower. I always get a refund from the state income tax too.
