Chipotle is basically a hipster Taco Bell. There is one Chipotle grill where I live, and only the hipster college kids go there. The Mexican/Tex-Mex competition here is fierce, and any number of family-owned Tex-Mex joints here blows Chipotle out of the water with a Tac Nuke.

I have never liked rice.
I always ask for lite rice if I go to a Chipotle. I really can’t imagine how anyone wants the amount of rice they put in their products.
When I eat at a Chinese restaurant I only eat a tiny fraction of the rice they give me.
The cauliflower might be worth a try.
