By putting out a press release saying that it is not true that a capital policeman was killed at yesterday’s protest, the media now has the topic to discuss. They will talk about it so many times that the shooting of the unarmed women will be forgotten.

The CP said the LEO was suspended during the investigation, but no name given. Could be a cover up, because it doesn’t look like the rest of the cops.
If these stories about Pence are true, surely he has to know that he has absolutely zero political future. The libtards would never vote for him because he is not a Dim & his association with Trump, and the Rs would never vote for him because of his betrayal of Trump. He is a political pariah.
There must be some payoff involved for him. In the form of a book deal, I'm guessing.

If he was wanting the police to talk to/arrest someone, I think it would have been the woman who gave him a piece of her mind.
But I suspect it was more he wanted a police presence due to feeling ‘threatened’.
