RE: Pence Chief of Staff: “The Vice President welcomes the efforts of members of the House and Senate to use the authority they have under the law to raise objections and bring forward evidence before the Congress and the American people on January 6th.”MLK

May I ask... what is your source for this quote? Did it really come from the VP’s Chief of Staff?

Rep Louis Gohmert of Texas was a former Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court with a long history in courts and law.

No he wasn’t. He was Chief Justice of the 12th Court of Appeals, an intermediate appellate court covering Tyler and the surrounding area, for six months after being appointed by the governor to fill a vacancy. He was a district court judge in Smith County for 10 years before that.!he has never served on the Texas Supreme Court.

I’m sure he does know the legal system better than 99% of American adults. He’s a lawyer, and we lawyers make up less than 1% of the adult American population.

His lawsuit still fails to present a justiciable controversy and is going nowhere. The 5th Circuit will affirm the dismissal.

> “How do you know Pence had a hand in the case?”

Pence was named as a defendant. It was incumbent that he respond directly. He released that he moved for the lawsuit’s dismissal.

Before this lawsuit, it was reported Pence didn’t want to be seen as ‘installing’ Donald Trump into his 2nd term. This, in the face of a CCP Marxist takedown of the United States:

Dr. Guan:
https://newtube.app/user/Hostage/TrvMi1H

Pence knows.

Pence doesn’t want to be in any light controversial to powerful persons making global decisions unless there is leverage over these persons which at the moment appears to have dissipated as Trump faces a stolen election.

Pence is falling in line with large corporate defense interests, the Military-Industrial complex warned about by Eisenhower, the powerful interests that just pulled McConnell’s strings to override the President’s veto of the NDAA to keep the US military in the ME and Afghanistan whereby they continue to profit from arms trade and wars. This is what’s behind Pence, pulling Pence’s strings.

This industrial defense consortium has gone global in conjunction with central bankers. The US military is viewed as a mercenary contractor. As the United States finds itself fading into history as a nation, US soldiers, mashed with global military groups, find themselves in police actions that maintain the status quo of war profiteers and global developers. Vietnam redux without the press in opposition and without large numbers of body bags flown back to Dover. There are deaths but not on scale of previous wars and not highlighted by the media enemy. The media are not an enemy if America falls in line with one world government (CCP financed; note: CCP controls 90% of UBS in Zurich). But if Americans try to assert their nostalgia of independence, then the media will be their enemy.

Now go listen to Dr. Guan linked above. If you have already, listen to it again.

The CCP just in the last few days struck a deal with the EU and Germany to realign their trade towards China, drifting away from US control. JP Morgan, Citibank, and other central bankers want China prohibited from entering any markets in the West or ME and in SE Asia without their planning approval. They want globalist banking and corporate development with US military on call for mercenary enforcement.

Pence is falling in behind these corporate and banking resumptions of pre-Trump policy planks. That’s the way it played through with GHW Bush, Clinton, GW Bush, Obama, until Trump. Except Obama wanted more politically correct (Cultural Marxism) integration (infiltration) and deals with Radical Islam. Then Trump happened. Pence as a supporter of the military was chosen to come along with the ride driven by MAGA and for awhile it worked for him until he saw the leverage in contesting the election slip away, lawsuits dismissed, running out the clock, the Supreme Court scheduling important cases of massive fraud past inauguration day. Pence thought the Pompeo approach of backing MAGA until the bitter end was foolish, so he shifted direction. That’s putting it politely.

Trump has a different view. He can, as President, block Germany’s drifting towards China. He doesn’t need a global presence in the ME when Israel can hold its own with targeted US assistance. He’s not for advancing the corporate empire worldwide. He’s for bringing back manufacturing and technology to American soil and outcompeting China while keeping trade agreements with Japan and SE Asian markets, Taiwan, Philippines, and friendlies such as India. Trump believes in the American workforce and its innovation talent.

Trump wants to be the driver of American trade policy, not Lockheed-Martin. Pence is on the other side of that.

If Pence’s side has its way, the United States will fade into history through subrogation to international trade organizations and ‘world’ bodies.

Pence knows all the above. He supported the President, then stepped back, then supported and then stepped back, repeatedly. His performance as IN Governor was marked by the same behavior. Whenever powerful controversy arises, Pence wants to slink out of the limelight. McConnell and Pence are cut from the same cloth. Trump and Pence are not.

Lin Wood is a man of GOD, a truthteller with integrity. He has a team working with him. He and his team are in direct communication with Sidney Powell, General Flynn, in turn in direct comms with Rudy Guiliani and his team.

After the Pence remark, Rudy distanced himself and the team from Lin Wood.

Thank you, my bad. I heard Gohmert say that on an interview with Joshua Philipp recently and it was somewhat muddled.

The point is however, Gohmert didn’t come out of the cattle fields of Texas to play lawyer. He has a wealth of experience in courts, law and thoroughly understands the Constitution. This wasn’t a stunt.

I’m waiting for the day in the near future when DjT is late for a press conference and says.... ————”sorry I’m late... complicated business..... Biden has conceded.”

Yup, I too was thinking of Trump's 2016 remark, and that only came after a few hour delay.

Would love to see the same after 1/6.

Let me guess, you heard that from the sphere of disinformation that surrounds nearly everyone.

The team is intact but in different battalions. They fight the same enemy but each has its own plan.

Joining in to sow division is giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

The only reason I can find for this litigation was to get an opinion that the court can't compel VPOTUS to act a certain way as President of the Senate due to separation of powers, official immunity, etc. In that regard, it failed. I do appreciate the effort. He tried something, which is more than others have done.

Jenna Ellis on her twitter said, "To be clear: I do not support the statements from Attorney Lin Wood".

I seem to recall Rudy saying the same thing in an interview. I'll have to check that.

Rudy said nothing which goes to show he’s a mart one, a very smart one.

Jenna could learn from Rudy.

I saw Jenna’s tweet earlier today and saw the responses to it.

Jenna is admired but she didn’t need to say a word. She’s catching flak for causing an appearance of division.

If some leftist journo-troll chased her down to further the shock value of Lin’s statements, she could have shrugged her shoulders and said not my sandbox.

Pence SEEMINGLY reversed himself today with a statement through his Chief of Staff. That’s par for the course for Pence. I expect him to reverse and reverse again and again until everything is apple pie and white picket fences.

I like Pence but not as a political leader. He’s an ordinary sort. But if push comes to shove, I want someone else at my back.

Hard to fill the shoes of Donald Trump. Hard for most everybody except rising stars like Josh Hawley, Elise Stefanik, and a few others in the public light. There are some private ones I know can do it but you have to have tremendous courage to do what Donald Trump took on.

Coming back to Lin, it’s my thinking that his statements along with the President’s fury at the DOJ backing him up on objecting to Gohmert’s lawsuit, that taken together likely made him search for a safe place. And that’s what he’s doing now. It’s safe now that a hundred seventy and growing Reps and a dozen and growing Senators are joining Josh Hawley and Mo Brooks on the Jan 6 DC whitewater river rafting through Congress.

It’s safe when everyone else is doing it. Nothing wrong with that.

The problem is Pence came into focus last week with the “Hey, the fate of the nation is in your hands boy!” and he wafted while sticking it to Gohmert in court.

Lin was correct in issuing a Christian form of middle finger salute.

I wish the Trump Campaign’s job to try something, and they didn’t.

If they had lots of evidence of fraud, virtually every disputed state has a procedure for bringing those claims in court, but the Trump campaign did not really purse any state law election challenges other than one in Michigan. And even there, they did not file a quo warranto action after the Michigan electors were certified even though the courts spelled out the procedure for them.

Just after the election, I gave money for the campaign’s litigation efforts and volunteered, through a connection, to go wherever they needed me on my own dime. But, as time went on and I read everything filed by the campaigns lawyers, I realized that, for whatever reason, Trump’s lawyers were more interested in the appearance of activity rather than actually accomplishing anything.

They frequently brought suits alleging election fraud, and then either voluntarily dismissed the suit or dropped the fraud claims before they could be heard (such as in the big federal case in PA). Other times, they filed suit too late to make a difference, and made sure not to ask the judge to actually consider the case on time, which is what they did in Fulton County. Or they intervened in the Texas lawsuit in the Supreme Court, where there was no jurisdiction.

Trump has at least some good lawyers around him, so I have to believe this is intentional. They’re putting on a show, and the only question in my mind is whether the audience is Trump’s supporters or Trump himself.

Or....perhaps, just a wild guess here....Lin Wood has lost his connection with reality.

He’s been stoking the flames of confusion and paranoia.

With friends like Wood, the left doesn’t need to lift a finger.

Twitter doesn’t seem to want to ban him either. That’s a red flag.

...

No leaks, PDJT has not called him out...come on...have you actually read Art of War?
