You keep assuming you know what Pence is thinking, or what Pence wants.
You’re speaking as if you know what’s in Mike Pence’s mind.
You’re either amazingly gifted at mind reading or you really don’t know and want to justify whatever conspiracy your following.
Being seen as installing the President is not good for anyone in the administration. Including the President.
I’m sure the private meetings the Vice President and President have and are having you can let us know what’s going on in those too.
Pence likes ketchup on his eggs.
Pence isn’t concerned about putting down the toilet seat.
You see, Pence likes to tie his right shoe first.
Pence is deep state because it’s obvious.
Madness.......
It’s real. All over conservative news media and staff has tweeted too.
Meter Pence = [Kilometer /1000] Pence is 6*10^-2 % on board.
Centimeter Pence = [Meter / 100] Pence is 6 * 10^-4 % on board.
Millimeter Pence = [Meter / 1000] Pence is 6*10^-5 % on board.
Femtometer Pence = [Meter / 10^15] Pence is 6*10^-17 % on board.
Planck_wavelength Pence = [1.616229 * 10^-34 cm] Pence comprises the fundamental "fabric" of the board itself, but you can't see him.
Comeup Pence slid off-board, but PJDT shamed him sufficiently to flip back on board.
Dis Pence disgruntedly hands out boarding passes to eager boarders like a robot kiosk.
Ex Pence had to pay a heavy price to get back on board.
Quantum Pence is both on- & off-board simultaneously, and won't land in a stable state until he's challenged.
Re Pence bitterly regretted his foolish decision to slide off-board, has been given an offer he can't refuse, and is back on board.
Short Pence is young; not quite tall enough yet to get on board.
Suss Pence has decided firmly whether he's on board or not, but will tease you with cryptic comms until the final moment of revelation.
amen, man doesn’t know anything anyway
and a goodbye party
Over the years many conversations were held with conservatives from Indiana, many in this forum, some here recently in the last week.
The consensus is Pence is conservative but not a strong one. He caves a little too often to political correctness. He’s not presidential material in terms of leadership.
Pence was the one that caved on Gen Flynn and pushed the President to fire him. The President came to regret this firing calling Gen Flynn a hero which he is.
Pence and his incompetent chief of staff didn’t bother to look into the facts behind the Flynn case. They were equivocal in front of the corrupt media and ran for cover.
I’ve taken what conservatives in Indiana have said and formed the opinion that Pence is not an evil corrupt politician. He’s just not a fighter unless there’s already so much leverage and momentum going in the direction he chooses to pursue, that it’s not much of a fight for him. He goes with the flow, he goes through the motions.
I’ll say again what others say too, Pence is not the fighter or leader that Trump is. He’s a figurehead, a place holder. He’s perfect as VP, he’ll never be President.
As soon as he found himself in a controversial situation of historical importance with a contested election and a lawsuit brought by a proven strong conservative and strict constitutionalist, he did to former Judge and now Congressman Gohmert what he did to Gen Flynn, threw him under the bus.
To VP Pence, thank you for being a nice man, an apparently good Christian, nice family, apparent conservative, thank you for appearing loyal to our President. Insofar as political leadership, no thank you.
All that can make one pensive.
I’m ever hopeful but will wait until I hear an actual “BOOM!” before sitting up.
I’ve always thought Trump learned a lot from the politicians he donated to.......like Schumer! and others around the country.
For instance he and politician would go out to eat (NYC or DC), and politician would tell him secrets hoping for lg donation.
I bet he learned a LOT. I think that is why they had such a fit when he DID win the election. They thought: OMG, what do we do now? The rest is history
Exactly.
I put nothing past these people to "stop what is coming" if indeed anything. (have my doubts)
Unless I hear it with my own two ears or see it with my own two eyes, I don’t believe anything anymore.
Yes and this is classic.
Believe it or not.......some Q Nuts are claiming that’s not Pence in the picture.
Trump is fully aware of pictures being taken in the Oval Office and it’s obvious some are staged for our benefit. Scavino looks like he enjoys it too.
But that doesn’t stop the conspiracy kooks from believing what they do, even with photo proof! As if Trump is out to get Trump.......
Funny. I haven't seen that one, new guy.
Sure you ain't making up stuff...again?
[Trump has at least some good lawyers around him, so I have to believe this is intentional. They’re putting on a show, and the only question in my mind is whether the audience is Trump’s supporters or Trump himself.]
You’ve got someone like John Bolton who has served in multiple GOP administrations that were far less hawkish than him. Not a critical peep out of Bolton about those administrations. HR McMaster is a Republican who did some work for both parties, and was never as vociferous in his criticism of either Democrat or Republican administrations. Until Trump.
Basically, Trump just doesn’t play well with his subordinates. That abrasive Twitter persona, on steroids, is likely the face of his relationship with his direct reports. And that’s a problem if he’s doing what I think he’s doing. You need the people around you to follow your orders, and to do things that were familiar to people with names like Franco and Pinochet. How does that happen when your direct reports hate your guts?
