I suspect the white hats had the domestic fraud machines well enough lined out to fully lock down post 2018 election. It would not surprise me to learn White Hats identified a few major Black Hats they thought they had the best chance of scaring into taking a deal and directing them how to direct their fellow Black Hats into digging a bigger hole.
I think some of this stuff we are seeing along the lines of Lin Wood tweeting about Pence and Meadows being traitors feeds into that— they help the deal-taking Black Hats convince their Black Hat brethren singled out for self destruction to do even more incriminating things by saying to them, “Don’t worry guy, Mike Pence is with us. He’s going to help us take Trump down.”

The lockdowns are meant to break us as the election is stolen so the Deep Staters don’t plan on HAVING the nuisance of running for office. Slaves don’t vote.
It’s not just 4 bad years ahead had Biden won - it’s becoming a controlled population like that of North Korea or Communist China.
The slide-the-folder premise could be construed to be blackmail, this time by the president.
Biden and others have been consistently evil and stupid throughout their careers. It’s why Biden has no real accomplishments.
They are trying to kill us, and their desperate attempts expose their stupidity. If Biden was controlled, he would have conceded.
None of what is happening right now is compatible with “flipped” black hats at the highest levels. The black hat becomes the grey hat only if they come forward and confess honestly to the public, and still they must pay for their crimes against humanity.
Biden is a pedophile - he has a sizable crater in his where his conscience was supposed to be. Trump isn’t “running” a collaborating posse of flipped black hats - all of them are owned and threatened into behaving this way, risking their “careers”, by China and other enemies.
Small ways influence works - Huma didn’t want to be separated from her child. It must mean witness protection program but it never mean she went forward and spoke at senate hearings to turn dark to light.
