Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Oh yeah, I’m with you about the cases. But I have neighbors who work at the hospital and the numbers there have been real. This wave has been real, in hospitalizations and deaths, even though cases have been pumped.
I’m glad it’s really dropping in all areas and just hope that continues. Remember when nobody seemed to know anyone who had caught it? Yeah, that’s long gone, I know 8, luckily all have survived.
Masks, less masks - masks again have had no effect on anything since Mid-March. It does whatever it wants whenever it wants.
