Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

This makes some sense. Comm buildings are built to be blast resistant. Trying to blow them up from outside is not an effort in futility, but lots of explosives are required.
The underground cellar is likely the cable entrance where all copper and fiber cables enter the building. This is where you sever the communications.
When the cables are severed, the only comms in/out of the building will be microwave/satellite on the roof.

Its also interesting he is posting on threads all over FR related to the bombing and offering his expertise that “ nothing to see here, move on, I am an expert and hereby proclaim there’s no conspiracy ”.
Almost like he has a vested interested in monitoring our board and herding people toward or away from certain conclusions. I mean why does he care what we think?🤔

Could the RV have been used as a visual shield? Park it next to or partially over a grate before opening the grate? Kind of poor security though if grates could just be lifted open.
some jokesters in law enforcement while at choir practice in the boondocks with a campfire pull the prank of throwing a couple of live rounds in the fire to watch the uninitiated new guys run in fear while the old guys get a big laugh.. its just a demonstration of what actually happens to a live round in a fire..of course there is danger of flying brass but usually not with much force and rounds are tossed intentionally where the campfire wood is likely to stop any flying brass..umm heard it from a friend
Some fire departments do the same demonstration under more sober and sane conditions to their new firemen...

Wouldn’t that be nice! Different states are in different areas of the case curve though, it’s all very odd. (I haven’t done a good analysis of that, just poked around some). We’ve never followed the typical flu the way we follow CV19 with daily stats so I don’t have anything to compare the case rise and fall behavior of this virus.
A lot of the case surges were caused by testing, perhaps I should pay attention to testing rates perhaps being down per capita, those numbers are available in some states.

Yes, that actually occurred to me when someone mentioned the doors being blasted from inside. The grates could have been locked, but broken into to place charges - the placement of the RV adjacent to them could have been used as a shield.
I’m still not clear on where everything was located.
The underground cable runs “could” have also been filled with gas and ignited by something topside - or an explosive charge. One of the rules of underground cable is that you always ventilate with a blower before entering a confined space. Doesn’t correlate well with the announcement, though.
(I was a Southwestern Bell cable splicer in a former life, but didn’t work in underground a lot. Mostly buried and aerial, with a number of months spent in central office cable vaults.)
