Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

A few more thoughts on my comment above.
Trump’s initial Voter Fraud Commission had VP heading it. It was finally disbanded after some months as so many states refused to let the commission see their voter rolls, records etc.

Then the entire project was put under the DHS as they have teeth.

One of America’s top spies said that checking foreign interference in the November vote is a primary concern.
“Our number one goal, our number one objective at the National Security Agency and U.S. Cyber Command — a safe, secure and legitimate 2020 elections,” said Gen. Paul Nakasone, who leads both agencies, during an Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) virtual event on July 20.
Nakasone said the goal is to build on lessons learned from 2018 midterm elections for 2020 so the U.S. will, “know our adversaries better than they know themselves.”
Nakasone said that to shore up election security efforts, NSA and CyberCom will look to “broaden partnerships” with academia, which have ongoing research efforts that look at social media and influence operations, and respond accordingly when adversaries attempt to interfere with elections.
“2018 was a really remarkable year because at that point we had well-trained and well-led forces at U.S. Cyber Command and NSA come together with the right authorities and policies and also match with this idea of having an organizational construct,” Nakasone said.

Now, add to the above the fact that Ezra CW, quite a few months ago, was given control over non-mil Spec Ops. They all work under him. And then, all mil Spec Ops were changed to report directly to Act.Sec Def. Miller.
So I surmise that all manner of mil and civ.Spec Ops took part in collecting all possible evidence needed to know all the fraud, and who did it. And remember Q said something about the 2018 election being monitored (hopefully a Smart Person will know which drop/s).

Sorry if I gave the impression that I “trust” Bard. It’s just that his theory is an improvement on mine. Bard could sink, but I would still view his theory the same ways.
I have believed there was some reason President Trump has played his Covid-19 plan the way he has.
I kept thinking there was a reason for President Trump’s restraint and my best guess was that he knew he couldn’t win the PR war against the MSM - many in the public were from the start, panicked by the Planned-Demic.
I also have not trusted Pence. I didn’t read him as honest and could see why he was chosen from the start. Then he received a white envelope. The fact that there are no Q drops exposing Pence made me think that President Trump didn’t want to “go there” for the sake of public stability. To expose Pence may likely open the door to DS/DEM screams and faked riots. The DS would say PDJT moved against Pence when Pence “found out” about Russia or other wild accusations.
But Pence’s apparent enthusiasm for taking the vaccine, wearing a mask etc. confused me - I began to think President Trump was trying to produce a “clean” version of the vaccine for those worried, and that way America could go back to work (those not worried would not take the clean vaccine either).
But then President Trump said recently that the vaccine was ready, and to go get your “shots”. The use of the word “shots” to me indicates comms, and the president was warning us.
Here’s the short version:
If the establishment pushing the fake need for masks, lockdowns, social distancing, would stop harming the public health by doing so, and if they would stop prohibiting access to safe, effective treatments commonly available, then I would believe their fake claims that we need a vaccine developed by a company heavily infiltrated by the Peoples Republic of China.

So now believing that President Trump had been unable to stop independent companies from producing a vaccine, and having been unable to stop the panicked demand for it, I came across Bard’s theory which answers the questions why PDJT was restained re Covid, why he put Pence in charge, why Pence often wears a mask around others who don’t, (prior Pence history - e.g., why the President angrily threw a SOTU program at Pence) and why Sec Def Miller said what he did to Pence (bizarrely praising him for his “courage” and “wisdom”).
This, added with the belief that Pence is a black hat and President Trump has been quietly restrained in a limited way from the start provided a backbone theory that organizes one of the many strategies in play against PDJT.
People of the “nothing’s happening” tribe seem to assume that the Deep State is not exerting pressure on the President are angry with him, believing he COULD act to end the assassination attempts and coup attempts etc. but just won’t. Q, the mil, the President would have ended this long ago, if they didn’t have to neutralize the weapons/tactic employed against us first, because they are on the line of fire, absorbing hits, making the sacrifices, and knowing the true stakes in this war.

If I’m wrong so be it, but I can read people as well as the next guy, and I can also tell you that sometimes one gets it wrong. So, I don’t lay much credence in other individuals reading persons character by merely looking, especially when it is done looking into a TV screen.

We may agree on this. I never knew why some believed Pence was provably a great guy based on looking at him on TV.
I certainly was deceived by George W. Bush and my opinion was based on looking at him on television and what he proclaimed about his faith. All were lies.
To me it seems like the world was not functioning the way it naturally would if Pence was patriot. After Miller’s comments, Pence delivered a fiery patriot speech that had many commenting, “Where has this Pence been all this time”.
I believe that Pence has been deep under cover to the point that only Nancy Pelosi found out about his black hat status in the 2020 SOTU. Miller exposed him. The Deep State’s insurance plan is in jeopardy if people stop trusting Pence.
If tomorrow, the DS mysteriously took President Trump out of the way, and blamed it on the Red Dragon (China), the public would unwittingly trust Pence when he is Deep State.
Pence is the Deep State’s Pied Piper who is to lead a compliant public to be killed/enslaved by China. They NEED us to be WILLING/UNAWARE/COMPLIANT or they lose everything.

That hits close to home for me. I contracted the bio-weaponized version of Lyme Complex on a family outing to some old civil war grave sites in Kentucky.
That is when I ran full tilt into the CDC malfeasance. It seems as Lyme Complex slowly spreads, the CDC does it’s best to block effective treatment. If it was not for the Kentucky Lyme Association blog I would be a dead man now

I recall Q drops wherein they describe cures and treatments withheld (well, that must include Pharma and FDA too)
People complain that the FDA needlessly delays drug approval for use, but that didn’t hold them back the first time a messenger RNA based vaccine was proposed and shoved through testing in record time.
Your story reminds me of someone at a church bible study I attended a few years ago. He was a psychiatrist who had been struggling with a mystery illness for almost 3 decades. One day he showed up stunned that all this time he had Lyme disease. His quality of life was severely damaged for decades and by then he had significant neurological disease.
