Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Hopefully, that and several moar Booms, Bangs, Yuuge things will happen around 6:30 pm EST or so. That way, close of business, close of work week news cycle (remember POTUS TRUMP, Best President EVAH!!!, signed off that the 24th is a Federal Holiday) takes us through the weekend with the Fake News chewing on bitter fruits for four days while Stealth Bombers work behind the scenes.
It can be difficult to tell sometimes because the terminology is often variable. I have worked in labs where the fetal cells can from the placenta rather than an aborted fetus. But, you never really know unless you are involved in the tissue harvest.
However, I really have no dog in this fight as I will not be voluntarily getting the vaccine. A pointless risk for a virus that is not worth it.

I can’t place the accent because I’m ashamed to say I sometimes mix UK accents, mistaking a Northern Irish accent for a regional British accent (places bag over head in shame).

She’s been making America hate her for MUCH longer than 3 years.
She’s actually been consistent in her capacity to inspire hate throughout her career. The contempt she ladled out on her listeners during her Obamacare presser (”You can’t see the bill. We have to sign it before you can see it!”) continues to metastize.
Had Pelosi flipped she would not be trying to destroy the president. Her actions are whipping up civil unrest and she continues to whistle for the UN.
3D3N has a long list of traitors he thinks has flipped, including Trudeau. If that many people had flipped, we’d all be having Christmas with our families this year and there would be no lockdowns.
