Home office, I presume?

Personally, I prefer to do my gaming, (and occasionally serious stuff) on a Samsung 55” curved 4K monitor, I mean TV, you get the idea.

Two tiny monitors seems like such a comedown anymore.

Anyway, good luck with the new job!

How does that 55” monitor do when you’re doing real stuff. I have an older 32” HP monitor that is just above HD resolution + an old 27” Dell monitor. I use all of that real estate (circuit design + simulation + PCB layout on occasion + FPGA crap).

Do you find using a TV to be good/bad/indifferent when doing real work? A friend of mine uses a 42” Visio 4K TV, but it didn’t look all that great (could have been a low end video card driving it or bad settings ... Something seemed off, but he loves it).

I already know it’ll be great for gaming :-)
