With no disrespect, the electoral college has voted. The only other option is for Congress to vote against sitting a set of electors and that would require a Nancy Pelosi controlled House to vote for sitting Trump. You have a better chance of a meteor hitting Earth causing us to all go extinct like the Dinosaurs than Nancy Pelosi electing Donald Trump President.
I mean seriously, what is the play here? I don't get it.
Further, I am fairly certain that the president of the senate (VP Pence) is the chairman of the whole process not Nancy.

I think you have it backward, the house votes for the president, the senate for the VP.
President Trump wins by going to Florida and leaving the cesspool of Washington, DC and working on his Library (which will be the greatest Presidential Library ever. A big beautiful Library) and work on his book.
I think the President has suffered for us and I’m grateful to him.
The attacks against him will diminish over time and his golf game will improve.
I wish it wasn’t so, but at the same time, I’m glad for him and his family.
If one thing that comes out of this is greater understanding of voting processes, and greater interest in how things work, it might ironically strengthen peoples’ faith in elections in the future.

In deciding whether to accept or reject the electors of any state, the vote is by individuals members of the House, not by state delegations. So Democrats have the majority in that vote. If, despite the Dem majority in the House, the House somehow rejects enough electors that neither candidate has enough electoral votes to win, THEN the House votes for one candidate or the other based on state delegations.
It was a much larger scale this time. That's what's unprecedented.
2. The President of the Senate will announce the elector votes and ask for objections.
3. One member from both the House and Senate must object. "Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received."
4. Both legislative bodies will withdraw for two hours in order to determine the lawful electors of the states in question.
5. The Senate, by a majority vote, will decide who has won the Vice Presidency.
6. The House of Representatives, by a majority vote, will decide who has won the Presidency. There will be only one vote per state, so there will be 50 votes, not 435.
From my understanding, Republicans control more states in the House then Democrats do.
yeah, I respect that he is fighting so hard against the fraud but I can imagine Melania and his family have suffered greatly the last 4 years. I can see Melania vetoing any 2024 run for sure.

yeah, that was my understanding. Everyone knows Nancy Pelosi and the democrats would never let that happen unless there was some crazy miracle act of God situation. Like audio tapes of Biden ordering the hacking of machines and even then....they’ll push him in to regain control and force him to resign and we’ll have President Harris or even President Pelosi if Harris is compromised too.
